The two people that worked today are working at 100% with great attitudes, but they are over whelmed. Between the party platters and normal customers. The hiring manger is causing a huge wait time for customers and stress to 5 star employees. Hire more people. Employees and food 5 stars. Who's in charge as a whole 2.5 stars.
There is a obvious need in this community and I've been here a week.

Always a great pretzel! Some of the dips are amazing and you wouldn't think they would go well with the pretzels, but they do! Always friendly service. Great daily deals! Parking could be better, but worth the walk if you have to park on the side of the bldg.

Almost every time I have bought pretzels here they aren’t warm, rather hard, and don’t seem fresh. I usually go here in the morning and my last visit was at 10:00 am. I would think that they should be fresh, especially in the morning.

Hot hot hot pretzels! We got here first thing so we had first dibs at the freshest pretzels ever! We got two pretzels along with the spicy hot mustard (very hot!) and the cinnamon dip (the taste and texture is to die for! I wanna put it on ice cream!) the Philly cheesesteak bites were also delicious. Very affordable too!! Oh my mouth is watering writing this review.

Sometimes if I can I stop at Philadelphia west Allentown store and the service is great, the pretzels are hot, and the drinks are cold. I will be stopping often as I can. I stop and get 5 large pretzels all the time.

Terrible. Most stale pretzels ever bought. 9am in the morning should have been fresh. Could break a tooth! SHAMEFUL. Have been to other stores and always freshNOT. THIS STORE BEWARE.
Excellent pretzels, no question but the real trick is in the dipping sauces. Cinnamon dip is fantastic on it's own but if you really want to kick it up a notch, grab one each of the strawberry and chocolate and slam in on some of that double dip action. Even re-heated these pretzels are always solid, can't wait to get more!

Staff were friendly but the pretzels were garbage. I got the cheesesteak pretzels and the cinnamon sugar pretzels. Both were super old and hard as a rock, especially the cinnamon sugar pretzels. They were practically inedible. I ended up throwing them away. What a waste of money and calories. Super disappointed. My first and last time visiting Philly Pretzel Factory.
