had a very unfortunate experience a few days ago when i overheard the manager tell a customer he was having trouble communicating with that she needed to “learn english”. google translate is readily available in situations like this, that horrible, unprofessional behavior is not. do better.

if there was a rating of zero I would put it. They cancelled my order because they don’t have salads and they didn’t call because they say they are too busy. I was waiting for an hour and I had to call them to ask about my order was put on hold for a long time to be told they cancelled it and they are short of staff that’s why they didn’t call. Bad business…. They lost my business… I can see why all the bad reviews. Don’t waste your time just go to Dominos.

My last experience was not so pleasant but I figured id give it another shot. It was actually the best commercial pizza I had. Pizza and bownie were both done to perfection. Very happy.

Upon arriving at Pizza Hut, I noticed the parking lot was clean, though the lack of outside lighting at night was a bit concerning. Inside, the carpet looked worn and the lobby floor was sticky. The kitchen seemed dated and the soda fountain machine was out of order. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the cashier who asked if I was picking up. The pizza itself was very good. While I miss the old style of Pizza Hut with salad bars and waitresses, the modern take is still appealing. We ordered a Large Pan pizza with 2 toppings!
They make up their own operation hours, don’t deliver, and poor attitude. Hours listed are not followed. Tried ordering online AT 7pm , got all up to processing payment then received an immediate cancellation stating they are not accepting orders close to closing time. Closing time says 11 pm. Why even allow one to select delivery. I quickly remembered why I don’t order Pizza Hut from south 4th street, a year ago for carry out same thing but charged my card and when I called the gave me attitude and could not answer why their hours are not matching. Either hours both on-site and Google are wrong or this location just sucks…ORDER ELSEWHERE
