My last experience was not so pleasant but I figured id give it another shot. It was actually the best commercial pizza I had. Pizza and bownie were both done to perfection. Very happy.

Upon arriving at Pizza Hut, I noticed the parking lot was clean, though the lack of outside lighting at night was a bit concerning. Inside, the carpet looked worn and the lobby floor was sticky. The kitchen seemed dated and the soda fountain machine was out of order. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the cashier who asked if I was picking up. The pizza itself was very good. While I miss the old style of Pizza Hut with salad bars and waitresses, the modern take is still appealing. We ordered a Large Pan pizza with 2 toppings!
They make up their own operation hours, don’t deliver, and poor attitude. Hours listed are not followed. Tried ordering online AT 7pm , got all up to processing payment then received an immediate cancellation stating they are not accepting orders close to closing time. Closing time says 11 pm. Why even allow one to select delivery. I quickly remembered why I don’t order Pizza Hut from south 4th street, a year ago for carry out same thing but charged my card and when I called the gave me attitude and could not answer why their hours are not matching. Either hours both on-site and Google are wrong or this location just sucks…ORDER ELSEWHERE

Called in order . The food was ready when I arrived. Quick checkout. It seemed a bit pricey. However, I haven't been to Pizza Hut in over a year. I had a personal pan pizza, and my niece had cheesy breadsticks.

was very easy to order from the app. The app was accurate on the timing of the delivery. So I tipped the driver well. Unfortunately, my order wasn't correct. I called back which was a hassle, I had to be put on hold several times.
I explained that I ordered m Mild wings and a liter of Pepsi. The wings where so hot ? that I got physically sick. I also received a 20 ounce Cherry Pepsi . Which I did not order. Also I was supposed to have 8 wings and only had 6.
When the driver came back. He made the comment to me." Didn't you just order food". I thought what does it matter if I order food. Like what does it matter. Isn't it just your job to deliver food and not ask questions. I didnt say that. I felt insulted the way he sounded and looked at me while saying it. He then tried to recharge. When I spoke to the manager he said that he was fixing the order that he was having it sent with no charge.
There was poor communication. I had to wait another 10 minutes by my door while he went to his car. He called his manager to confirm there wasn't a payment due.
He gave me my order and it still wasn't correct. I received the wings and a
20 ounce Pepsi. I was due a liter of Pepsi. I did not call back.
At first I was very happy with the easy fast, Courteous service. In the end of it all, I was very disappointed. Needless to say with my experience, I will never order from your shop again. I am putting my experience as well on Google review. Blessings to you.

So yes, when it comes to the food, it is Pizza Hutt. That’s never going to change. Either you like pizza hutt, or you don’t. Thankfully, my wife and I enjoy Pizza Hutt pizza and breadsticks. We haven’t been to one in a while, so looking through the menu we both ordered personal pizzas, breadsticks to share, and drinks. The guy at the register helped combo things a little differently, get us medium pizzas instead of personal, and extra breadsticks, for less! Everyone is super friendly, from the register to the people making the pizzas. I had better service here than some of the premiere restaurants and steakhouses in the area. Top notch to everyone involved.
Ordered through Door Dash was supposed to be 25 minutes ended up being an hour because they sent my order with their delivery driver (didn't know they still delivery) so when the Dasher got there they had to remake it. This wasn't a huge deal things happen, however one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings and it was a topping that couldn't be eaten and the excessively expensive toppings I ordered were basically not there. Every slice of pizza didn't even have every topping ordered. I called to explain that the pizza I recieved had toppings that were not ordered and they could not be eaten due to dietary restrictions and after calling 4 times and no one awnsering I gave up. Everyone has off days I'm not one to jump to bad reviews but if there is a mess up make it right.
