This location was not properly staffed to handle the dinner rush. Our order was never started; over an hour later before I cancelled it. When I came in to pick up my order (the first time), there were 8 people waiting for their orders, and the response for 3 of the people ordering was to wait another 40 minutes; needless to say, those 3 people cancelled their order. I came back an hour later, after the App stated my order was done, and I was told that my order was still 30 minutes away from being started. I am fully done with this location and will never, ever go back.

Top of the pizza was baked and melted fine, but the dough was still pretty raw and the slices could’ve been cut better. Probably best to just go to a real pizzeria.

This lady manager in charge with beautiful eyes clearly comforted me…she gave me a pie without having anything to do with my situation!!! I called in trying to use these cards that I got from a poconos location,and she did what a manager would do and clearly told me these are discounted cards NOT FOR THE FREE!! I had a bad experience at the poconos location while visiting the great wolf lodge ordered 7 pies they decided to give me whatever they wanted, 7 thin and crispy pies that these kids didn’t eat!! because they ran out of cheesy bread and hand tossed pizza like wtf!? When we noticed it was obviously too late! 107 Brown St Ste 700, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 they was supposed to credit me $52 to be exact! Instead they gave me some bullshit value customer cards that I would have to come out of pocket for! But I will include the manager today that I spoke too named “Liam” stated he will refund me my money!

My pizza was under done almost raw and when I called manager acting like I was lying that the pizza needed at another 5 to 10 minutes in the over and that I didn’t see raw dough, I keep give them chances but not any more

Number one the weight and the price is not worth it. However the shift manager was extremely polite. It looks like they need help with two more eager people. Not all of the aces are in the right places. But it definitely has potential and I have not gotten sick yet.

Gave this place a chance after all the bad reviews. The pizza was great and the wings were good too. Would go back again. Only downside was using the app and website for an online order it was not working and had to call it in.

The manager (Orlando) was very rude. he got our order wrong and refused to cooperate with us. We told him him to add pineapple and he heard us but did not own up to his mistake. Refused to fix the issue and told us to leave
