My girlfriend and I went to Red Robins for our date night. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and the staff is amazing. We love coming here and thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Not sure why restaurants seem to take advantage of people that do a takeout order. 1st time picking up from them and got 10 fries with my burger. Not impressed.

Too many screaming and I mean literally screaming children that weren't asked to lower, and the loudness of children with cellphones and tablets, with parents loudly talking over. I have 18 grkids but we are respectful of others.. these families were not

The food was good but as soon as we entered we smelled a strange odor.
Before we were in an other red robin and we left because of that same smell.

I believe my server's name was Nyasha, she's a very pleasant young lady...Fast, friendly and accommodating. I'd go back just for her and the bottomless garlic fries

Not good. Came with my son. Chip appetizers were soggy, food was meh. When we were wrapping up and paying our bill, my son ordered a milkshake to go (which we paid for and have the receipt), but our waiter was nowhere to be found. Sat and sat, then finally hit the call button on the pay screen. Then sat and sat with a flashing red light at our table. Got fed up, walked to the front podium and explained what happened to the 3 jokers standing around. Showed the receipt, which apparently was funny because they started grinning and looking at each other, like juveniles. Not one offered to complete our order or help us in any way. We left, having never received what we had paid for. Owners - Don't you care about service anymore? Beyond dissapointed.

Great meals, good prices, drinks were good, only issue was at lunch time there was one woman running bar and waitress
