Yikes just yikes. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to just get a drink or to get your food order taken, especially sitting at the bar. Managers here seem very confused and don't realize how slow their staff is. I used to work at Red Robin before COVID and we had to be extremely educated in all departments of food, drinks, and side work. There should not be a reason that a server can't help a struggling server by getting more fries or sauces. I even saw a girl standing at the side of the bar on her phone while the bartender was just struggling with orders. I would get crucified if I was ever on my phone while working! Seriously I am young but young people need to start putting more care and enthusiasm into their work. I'm not tipping you more than 5$ for you to complain about the work and then stand around and do nothing! Learn the menu, help your coworkers, and the customer should come first!

Our server was Aliah (not sure about the spelling). She couldn't have been more accommodating or more professional. She greeted us with a smile and was very patient taking our order. Suffice to say, we left her a very nice, well-deserved tip.

Kitchen staff had our whole order messed up. Food was cold. The hostess was in shambles when we came in for a table of 4, and the restaurant was basically empty. The poor waiter we had was running around the whole restaurant waiting on tables while everyone else was standing in the back by the kitchen or wandering around the restaurant like a lost soul. Management needs to step their game up, and run the restaurant a bit tighter. Very understaffed. As far as the management goes they were very rude.

I actually observed them trying to seat 14 people in dirty booths. And they are not that packed. So 4 or 5 booths never cleaned and was going to seat them in uncleaned tables. So while people with kids sat at other booths to be ou the way they messed those tables and had to clean them. Service we had wasn't that good either. Manager never came to see hoe everything was. She not doing anything. But we still here. Now we want to pay cash. Omg we stumped our waiter. Not sure how to do that. Here we go. So can't do coins. Don't think he could count money. So we still left over $15.00 tip.

We had to actually ask for our waitress after 15 minutes. She brought us our appetizer, set it down, said enjoy, and left us with no plates or silverware. We actually tipped a different waiter to refill our drinks. I wish I remembered her name, but she was so worried about doing her side work and getting out of there, then even checking on us. Worst service I've ever had at any restaurant. This is my first review ever, but stay away from the little red head girl with her face pierced up. So I went to get lunch with a good friend of mine we decided to go to red Robin so we get there. It’s empty, which I don’t have a problem. She didn’t have a problem with that either but the bartender took care of us was very indifferent she sat us down didn’t even give us utensils or napkins the food, especially the french fries they were stale as they were frozen and just throw in the deep frier. She didn’t even check up on us not even once the waitress/bartender. I just found the service to be very bad and the food as well. Me and my friend won’t be coming back.

I had a bad experience at Red Robin today. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my drink. The floors were sticky and very dirty. I was given no napkins, no utensils. My cheese burger did not look like a cheese burger on the menu. I notified the bartender. The manager "Jared" came over to me, he was angry and looked furious. He escalated the conversation. I've been at this place numerous times. Jared was unprofessional, making a show in front of others. He forgot, I am a paying customer. That was truly inappropriate. This place has poor management, don't go eat here when Jared is on duty.

I came in expecting another enjoyable dinner at this restaurant, as I’ve had many pleasant experiences here before. However, this visit was disappointing. When my water was brought to the table, I noticed the glass was extremely dirty. I politely asked the waitress if I could have a new glass, and while she agreed, she seemed annoyed, even laughing as she acknowledged how unclean the glass was.

Following this, we were ignored for approximately 30 minutes. When she finally returned to check on us, I had to rush to ask for the glass of water AGAIN and additional fries as she was already walking away again. It then took another 10 minutes for her to bring the water. After finishing it, I realized she wasn’t coming back, so I stood up and asked another waitress for assistance. This second waitress kindly refilled my water and handed me a to-go box.

When it was time to pay, I struggled with the kiosk and needed help. The second waitress again stepped in to assist me, noticing that the original server was unresponsive. She was trying to get her attention but she noticed the attitude too.

This level of service was completely unacceptable. I was polite throughout and made simple requests, yet I was treated dismissively. It’s disheartening to have such a negative experience at a place I’ve enjoyed in the past. Sadly, this visit has ruined my fondness for Red Robin.

If you’ve read this far, then you’d probably want to know that the waitress is Jaydelen.

I figure I do that shot thank you with a shot.Well, it was horrible since I walked in the door very rude people and the food took forever.The canality burger was half done when I asked for wealth done.Never going back
