I placed an order because my son loves Red Robin food, we ordered 3 hamburger combos to take away, the first thing is that we placed the order without ONION since none of us in the house like it, when we got home ALL the hamburgers were full of onion, even on the outside of the bread it had onion, the bread was all full of sauce on the outside and extremely messy, we couldn't return it to return it since the restaurant is far from us, we had arrived tired from work and decided to throw it in the trash and prepare something at home, but I thought it was $57 wasted in the trash so I decided to call the restaurant and talk to the manager and let him know. He apologized and told me that he would send me a gift card for the same value for the inconvenience. They asked for my name and address to send it by mail, 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that blessed gift card, if you order online just be careful and, for me the worst restaurant I don't recommend

My children mac and cheese was cold. My mom's burger wasn't even hot. They forgot to ring my order in so I waited an extra 15 minutes to get my food well everyone else got there food.

My only complaint was that we ordered guacamole Bacon cheeseburger and the order was taken well but the kitchen sent it without the guacamole. Jacob was the young man who attended to us and he was very attentive and kind.
