The food is always good, and the wait staff are some of the most friendly, helpful and personality-filled people I've experienced in a restaurant in a long time. And it's not just one--it's everyone!

Absolutely terrible visit I’m so tired of this restaurant it’ll be the last time I visit. Last couple times the takeout curbside has been a waste of my money. Burger buns are always soggy. Food is not good. And check out how many fries they give you. Is that 6? Maybe 7? For how much you pay you think they could throw some more fries in! $70 for 3 burgers and a wrap. What an absolute joke. I won’t be coming back here. I’m so tired of spending my money at these restaurants that constantly show they do not care. And then on top of that you order online, pay online, drive there, call them, and they ask for a tip. A tip for what? 6 1/2 fries? Never again

I wasn't greeted by the hostess at the door. She didn't know how to take my to-go order. So I went to the bar area finally I was taken to a room to place my order, I was being charged 2.99 for some type of Onions, the waitress got locked out of her screen for me to pay, my first time there and I had to walk out

Bro the waiter we had messed up our order a good four times and he was so slow. I think he had a bad day or it was his first time working there 😵 but I recommend!! They have some really great options!!

Food was fine. It's Red Robin, you know, nothing special, but what erked me was the service. Our server, Sierra, was very inattentive. She was more worried about the tables she knew personally and chitchatting then checking on all her tables before chitchatting. We waited a half an hour for a Togo burger we ordered with all of our meals. And made sure to remind her to put it in when we were asking for boxes and paying. We were being patient and understanding until she came to our table to inform us that the Togo burger would be another 10 minutes. The manager then came out with our burger snarkly stating "sorry, we're so understaffed, I had to jump behind the line and cook it myself." B.S! How does a burger go from it will be another 5 to 10 minutes after already waiting 20 minutes, to a manager running it out 30 seconds later?
Not to mention at the beginning we had to ask for straws and refills and then they were forgetting.
Worst service I've received in a LONG time! And our entire family works in customer service.

We waited 40 minutes for our burgers to come out cold to the touch and soggy. Regret taking a bite it was beyond a poorly made excuse of a burger.

Ate Valentine's Day 5pm , server was great , restaurant was clean , seated fast , food cooked and served 1hr 30 min later ! Left at 7:15pm for a 7:30 pm movie, thanks to the server going to the kitchen to help with the order I believe to cook. We were not the only one waiting for so long. Our server was the only good .

I have ordered curbside from this specific Red Robin no less than 10 times before and have NEVER had such awful service!
I ordered a curbside pick-up on 1/25/2025 and showed up 5 minutes after my order pick-up time, it was not busy inside or outside the restaurant, considering there weren't many cars in the parking lot or customers in the building at the time I arrived. I waited 15 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge my arrival in the curbside parking spots, which are placed directly in front of a glass door and wall of windows where the pick-up desk is able to see with no difficulty.
After waiting I called to let them know I had arrived and they asked if I was coming in? When I said I ordered curbside the gentleman on the phone even confirmed the make and color of my car and said he would "let her know" and have her check on the order to bring it out, I don't know who "she" is.
In the time I parked my vehicle to the time I received my order I witnessed staff going from the pick-up area to the kitchen no less than 5 times, and not a single staff member walked out of the kitchen with take out bags. I did however see them talking with friends sitting at the pick-up area and playing with balloons? When I finally went inside, 10 minutes after I had called and 25 minutes after I had arrived, my order was sitting unattended at the pick-up counter. This means that my order had sat ready for pick-up the entire duration of my wait, with staff members in and out of the kitchen and pick-up area, and with a staff member acknowledging my presence. The only help I received once I was inside and grabbing my order was from a young man asking if I was okay, and he didn't even confirm with me that the order sitting there was mine.
I have never had so many issues with the staff here regarding pick-ups, they are generally very timely and professional, if not overly nice. I can understand if the restaurant was crowded and the staff was overly busy, however the place was practically deserted at this time, and based off of the balloons I witnessed I would say the staff had plenty of time to kill.

On December 12th at 4:02 PM, I placed a curbside pickup order at Red Robin located at 4688A Broadway, Allentown, PA 18104, for a Smoke & Pepper burger. However, when I opened the bag, it was clear that the burger I received was not what I ordered. The Smoke & Pepper burger should include bacon, but it was missing. Instead, I received a different, lower-priced burger. This mistake was incredibly disappointing.
Additionally, there were no napkins in the bag. Do I need to request napkins separately? This lack of attention to basic service left me unimpressed.
When the staff came to confirm my name during pickup, I understand that my name might have been difficult to pronounce. However, the expression on their face made the situation uncomfortable. Despite tipping online in advance, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
I believe Red Robin at this location needs to improve both employee training and their order-checking system. While I hope for a better experience in the future, this time I can only leave this critical review.

I have had decent and timely service at this location in prior visits but tonight was abysmal. A friend and I were seated immediately in a booth near the bar around 5:45pm and a server took our order within 5-10 minutes, but it took just over an hour to receive our food.
Our server was very sweet and was working her butt off to both bartend and wait tables, and she was the ONLY bright spot in this visit and why I'm giving 2 stars instead of only 1. I sat in clear view of the hostess table at the entrance where there were 2-4 employees at any given time standing around talking or on their phones. Most of the tables in our section were occupied but as a whole the restaurant was not full, so I fail to understand why more responsibility was not delegated to the others so our server didn't have to run herself into the ground.
We eventually overheard that there was an issue with the orders being sent in, but like another reviewer from tonight mentioned, this was not communicated to us until basically the food came out. It was mostly warm, but not as hot and fresh as we have come to expect from this place. My bun was hard around the edges, I assume maybe from sitting under a heat lamp.
Sadly, I do not think we will return here anytime soon.
Went in at 5:45 on a Wednesday. It wasn’t busy when we were sat. Within 15-20 minutes of our visit it got busier. We sat in a booth at the bar. The bartender/server was so nice and sweet. We ordered apps they came out quickly. Then we never got our food. The server said the system in the kitchen broke so food was all over the place and nobody knows where it was going. Not once did a manager come over to explain to us what was happening. This situation wasn’t executed well by management. Our server was so sweet, nice & provided great service with a full bar and tables. We told our server because of this situation we didn’t want our food cuz we waited for almost an hour while tables that sat after us got food before us. Not the servers fault whatsoever we took great care of her. Management can do better when an unfortunate situation arises.
