I order from this chain fairly frequently (my office typically spends $50-70 per order, 1x a week)and was willing to overlook smaller errors since the food always came out extremely well.Every time I order here, I never have the food brought to my car, I always have to go in (where I have to search for an employee). Additionally, the fries are never crispy and our sauce is forgotten the majority of the time.Now, back to today's incident.However, I took the first bite into my "Pig Out Double" and was greeted with a incredibly long, female, brown hair that got stuck in the middle of my throat. Obviously, I was very upset as I was starving and had to pull a hair out of the depths of my throat. As you can imagine, the rest of my coworkers examined their food and had to eat their food with extreme caution. To resolve this, a simple full refund would've sufficed and we would've kept on ordering once a week. Unfortunately, Chris (the manager) decided it would be better to rush me off the phone (it was very evident that there was anything else he would've been doing) and refunded me half my order. Now, I am left with nothing to eat, my coworkers are biting into their food nervously, half my order being nonrefundable, and being enraged the rest of my work day.Personally, I couldn't think of a better way to end my week then consuming someone else's DNA and ending a phone call abruptly to prevent an argument over a cheeseburger.I was willing to give Red Robin the benefit of the doubt, but due to the interaction I had with Chris, I will no longer be spending my money here.I wish everyone else the best of luck, check your food, and maybe save some money by eating at home (at least if there's hair, it would be yours) or eating dirt/rocks.

We tried to go back to the red robin on tilghman Street after having a bad experience a couple months ago. Our waitress took 20mins from when we were seated to ask our drink order. Then we wanted refills and she never filled our drinks. She never came back to our table the whole visit. Our food came out to us 45mins after we ordered our food. She had such an attitude and really didn't want to serve us cause I had my 9month daughter there. Who was very well behaved. Terrible experience again. Won't be returning to this restaurant ever again.

Very nice staff. So far the only place thats understanding what it’s to go out for dinner with your kids. Everyone has a tablet on their table with games for the kiddos. Our server was so nice to give each one of the kids a tablet. So sweet of you. Thank you. The food is great and the drinks. Will definitely return.

Went with my parents husband and daughter to eat last night. We were sat at a table waitress didn't come right away for our drinks. When she came my husband ordered a beer. Then we ordered two short stacks of onions rings. All our onion rings were raw inside. My husband still didnt get his beer. We saw a manager walking around so my mom went to get him and told him we never go our beer we ordered and our onion rings were raw. The manager then got my husbands beer a half an hour after we ordered it. Then he only brought us 4 onion rings back. Our waitress never got us refills. Then our burgers came out and they brought out the wrong burgers. The manager could have did more for us. Just a horrible experience over all. Will probably avoid going to this red robin again.

The food I ordered had items that my child is allergic to and the server left the food on the table. I had to wait for 10-15 minutes after being seated and another group that was seated after me, behind me, were served first. After returning with the corrected item, the server failed to notice that both empty drink cups were at the end of the table. Truly a disappointing experience.Aside from the atmosphere, this was an extremely unpleasant experience and they will not see my business again.
