Tried to like the food here since they are close to work. However, I ordered garlic chicken, asked for extra spicy no spice. Not even mild spice. Now today I ordered Szechuan chicken. NOT even a tinge of spice. It tastes like chicken and broccoli. So either, they just don’t pay attention to your order, or they just make whatever they want. Will not order from them again. 2 strikes and your out!

Food was great! Had never been here before but the family was very sweet. Had hot and sour soup as well as roast pork with mixed veggies. Delightful and reasonably priced. My friend also loved the wonton soup.

I stopped coming here because the quality of the food and service declined drastically after Covid. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I found a hair in my chicken. I called to get a refund and they told me there was nothing I could do about it, they weren’t apologetic at all and seem annoyed by my request. It’s not like I asked for them to refund my whole order I just asked for a refund of the item that was contaminated. I would recommend just going with somebody else or taking the drive somewhere else. If could give 0 starts I would.

I hate to leave a bad review but this was just rly bad. I got sushi and the avocado in it wasn’t very hard/ not ripe and the salmon smelled rly funky and had a weird after taste. I would recommend avoiding this place

Came here after the Philly Open, couldn't have been happier with the experience. Prices are closer to pre-covid times and the food was great! Bento box was a steal for 10$, definitely worth a stop if you're passing through, don't let the outside of the building turn you away!
I ordered takeout/delivery from Rice Family for the first time tonight. It's too hot for warm food, so I opted for sushi.
It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. The portion size of my special roll was alarmingly small for spending over $11. The tuna and salmon avocado rolls were more rice and avocado than fish, and half of the avocado had brown streaks running through it.
Altogether, not a terrible experience, but I will absolutely be going back to my usual local place in the future, where I get larger portions of higher quality sushi.

This is one of those hidden gems that you’d never notice but glad to find. The food is outstanding. It stood alone without sauces. The fried food wasn’t greasy. The food came out quickly and the service was top tier. I’d go back.

After noticing a significant decline in the quality of the food over the past year, we ordered 5 different dishes yesterday at work and everyone threw out most of the dish, totally inedible, not to mention the cold treatment of the staff, I personally have been shorted in my change by the girl in there several times and when confronted she totally denied shorting me.
