I love rita's. This is actually the first location where I've tried multiple times and the ice seems watered down or not as normally sweet as the other locations. I've tried this 2 Days in a row, and both days I've had large chunks of ice in my flavored ice. Yesterday I had the strawberries and cream and it was watery. Today I tried the cherry and it was also watery. I've been to many readers locations and this was the most waltered down location I've tasted.

My baby wanted vanilla ice cream with Nutella and gummies, the girl told him we don’t do that, when I been buying for years and just las week I got one. They had a bunch of teenagers working , half the stuff was broken . And custard was flung all over! Didnt seem to be and older staff or manager there. Definitely will not go again. Orders were wrong and not made properly. What i had had hardly and custard and was all peanut butter and toppings which without custard was not good
