Says they're open until 10pm, which is true since I've been coming here that late. I pull up at 9:45pm, which I have before. An employee saw me walk up up to the window and decided to shut off all the lights and wouldn't say a word to me. They completely ignored me and hid in the back instead of saying anything. So they closed 15mins earlier and can't even say a word to me. Rude employees. At least say something to me instead of ignoring me.

Came for the cheesecake left with what tasted like vanilla. Staff insisted the two taste identical and let us sample it too. Why have a 'cheesecake' flavour if its vanilla.

Better stock than some of the local Rita's that I usually go to, and nicer staff, even if the wait is longer, the better selection makes it well worth it in the long run, try the new Margarita flavored ice it's really good on a hot day like today.
We visit here often and never have complaints! For sports, gatherings, meetups or just a night with the fam, Rita's is our go-to.I decided to finally leave a review though because of one reason: I can't have sugar.This season there's been only one 'no sugar added' flavor and it's dragon fruit, which is great! But it does get a little boring with how much we go here. This isn't a complaint, the location and staff are always 5-star. But I really wish more sugar free and NSA options would become normal at places like this.

This is the slowest Rita's I have ever been to. We've been standing in line for 15 minutes and haven't moved. If my kids weren't such a pain I would leave.
