Absolutely love their salad bar. Its got all the good stuff that should be on one. Everything from eggs, broccoli, sweet corn to real bacon bits, cottage cheese & their own flat bread & everything in between. If you sign up for their emails they send you daily coupons or price specials. More than well worth it!!!!!! We'll certainly be returning.

Me and my boyfriend went to lunch, and sat at the bar. We had such an incredible time. Raenease was absolutely amazing!! She made us feel so comfortable and definitely made my drinks just perfect! I appreciate the great service she gave, and can’t wait to go back. Ruby Tuesday’s on Tuesday!!

It was ok. I'm not one for chains normally. We had a coupon so we gave it a go. Burgers were tasty, my wife didn't care for the cole slaw, she thought the taste was off. Fries were great, and the dessert was delicious.

We were at the tilghman street location on Monday. No smokehouse bacon on either of our burgers as stated in the discription in the menue. Won't be going back.

We had a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 children. There was maybe 20- 25 other in the restaurant at this time. It took us about 20 minutes of waiting to order. We waited over 45 mins to get our food, and by the time we got our food, my food (fish) was under cooked and basically raw. They said they would recook/make me a new one. By the time I got my meal everyone including all the kids finished their meals and had been waiting. It took them almost a half hour to cook my meal. Wasn't very pleased with the experience.

Bad service, food was horrible, place was dirty. Staff was dressed in sloppy clothes. It's a casual place so I expect it to be casual for the staff too but the two people that were serving that day had dingy tshirts on,etc. This is def not like the other ruby Tuesdays in the area.

our server Dylan was great. He and the general manager Leann went out of there way to help us. we had a drink at a previous visit that was so good but when made this visit it tasted different. Both Dylan and LeAnn recreated the drink till it was the best tasting. But not only did they take care of my drink they also helped me find a dipping sauce for my shrimp. Best service so kind and friendly. Will definitely go back again this will be my #1 restaurant to go.
I've gone to this Ruby Tuesday many times. Very clean good quality food. Tonight for some reason not all the veggies were out. What I mean by that is they were very low on some items. I will continue to go back to this Ruby Tuesday

The place looked very dirty. Dried up food under our table and after looking around the whole place looked dirty. I had the salad bar and hardly ate anything. It was a Sunday at 3:00 and the place was very quiet so yes I realize the salad bar dishes are sitting for awhile but half was empty, the potato salad was so dried out looking and then when they refilled it they just dumped it on top. I don’t think I’ll be back.
