I have been a frequent customer here until tonight when I ordered a General Tso’s combination platter with plain fried rice - no pork. I received my order with shrimp and lobster fried rice instead. I’m allergic to both shrimp and lobster, so I now can’t eat any of the food in the container. Called and asked for them to resolve the issue. They admitted that they misunderstood and Was then told that they would bring me the correct order. They came back to the phone a minute later to tell me that the manager doesn’t approve of them dropping off the correct order OR giving a refund. Terrible customer service and definitely not going back here.

I’ve been ordering from them for years . Tonight I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order literally same thing every time. They delivered the wrong type of rice , the rice contained shrimp and lobster in it ( I’m allergic to seafood) I called and tried to resolve the issue. They told me next time to be more clear on what kind of rice I want even though I thought “fried rice without pork” was very clear . They first offered to bring me the correct meal . I agreed to that , they put me on a hold then got back on the line and said their boss didn’t agree to them delivering the correct meal. So I asked why offer it then decline it ? So I’m just screwed on my meal and my money. They were rude the entire time. I will never give them another dollar. Horrible customer service. I tipped very well and spent lots of money there. They don’t value their customers.

Best Chinese takeout/delivery in the city. Food is excellent and in generous portions. Kitchen staff and delivery driver are always really nice and pleasant to interact with. I won't order from anywhere else.

Shrimp w lobster sauce, too salty, no flavor at all.
Pork fried rice, no flavor, barely vegetables on it.
Steam dumplings ok but not good.

The workers are just rude and crazy. Delivery driver actually complained to me that I was too far. What?? You took the order! Woman at the restaurant tried to lie and say he didn't work for them. Laughed at me for wanting a refund. Told me I needed to "go to school for two years". What is that?? Wanted the police to come get the food from my house in order to give me a refund. Nutcases. Just don't go there

They'll just stop delivering to you after years of giving them your business. They don’t care about their customers so don’t bother.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I ordered food to get delivered by them and when I get my food, my teriyaki chicken tasted foul. It was cold and it tasted old and nasty. My pork fried rice was hard and old. I asked for a refund on the teriyaki chicken because it literally tasted so bad. I thought it was gonna get sick from it and the lady on the phone told me No, that they make the same food for everybody that everybody gets the same food. Very bad service do not eat from here

chicken wings were dry and thin , me and my friend ordered in person here , we waited like half an hour , and the food wasn't really even good , I asked where is our order 3 different times and the lady working there treated me like a pest and ignored me , so I got upset and said why are you ignoring me? we already paid and she finally gave us our food, oh and the rice was gritty and tasted dry as well , i give it 1 star this place sucks and it was my first time here and on Christmas, they are rude. Don’t come here.

Ordered online for delivery and they followed the instructions for preferred preparations, delivery was pretty quick and the food was amazing! Our new go to.

I never write reviews but this food was AMAZINGGGGG. I’m from bklyn so moving out here is very hard to find good chinese food. I had beef n shrimp Teriyaki with friend rice n it was amazing delicious flavorful. I’m going to try other items today.
