Stood there as they made a takeout order. They never said a thing, never acknowledged me in anyway....3 people behind the counter. I walked out, clearly they don't need business. Absolutely rude! Such a shame, as I was trying to order for 5 of us.

I went to grab food at 8:20 and it said they close at 9:30. Door was locked and the employee that was there didn’t even care enough to say anything just continued on closing down the store.

I ordered an Avocado Cobb Salad delivered after a long day of driving. I only received the options I added to it, but not the actual salad itself. How do you mess up not making the only thing being ordered?

The food wasn't what I was expecting for the price. As far as service goes, the cashier seem to be confused and did not take quick action to my soup order. He didn't know what size a quart was.

Horrible service from one of the women. We called in an order, arrived well over 20 minutes after calling it in and it still wasn’t ready. When I got to the counter she said with an attitude, “I just printed the ticket so you’ll have to wait.” Then when the order was finally made and I was checking out she had the worst attitude. Horrible customer service.

Salad Works at the Cedarcrest location is GREAT!! Spotless, fast service and friendly workers behind the counter! Always with a happy face and great attitude! I love this place. Food is awesome. From the salads, soup, paninis and even the pickles. Great lunch spot for me as i work up the street!! Definitely a 5 🌟 !!!
