We used to be semi-regular customers here at Salvatore Ruffino's but after this experience, we’re DONE.
This evening, I called to place an order and explained my request clearly from their own menu. The staff member then put me on hold and, not realizing I could hear, told someone else he couldn’t understand me. When I asked what part wasn’t clear, his response was, “Don’t you think you have an accent?”

Amazing food!!! We ordered cheesesteaks, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, and Alfredo. Everything was delicious.
