This is the 3rd time I’ve eaten here and by far the worst! We came at 530 and were the only patrons in the restaurant. The service was subpar and slow, the food came out cold as ice! Burrata is supposed to spill out when cut open, that didn’t happen it was hard and cold. When we mentioned it to the server she said oh that’s how it’s supposed to be. Speaking of the server she did not come to check on us until we were done eating! So disappointing!

I wish I could give a better review. Not sure what was going on but we went here before a show at Miller Symphony Hall and ended up having to leave without getting our meal. We were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes which seemed like it would be enough time for them to get everything served but we just never got our main. I guess we knew we were in for a ride when the manager stopped by to apologize and thank us for our patience - we had no idea what she was talking about (we hadn't been seated long) but we finally figured it out. The waiter seemed like he was ready to quit, and everything took so long to come out. The food we did get was very good and we were so disappointed at how the night turned out. I'm not sure I'd risk coming here again before a show. Hopefully it was a one-time thing but.... terrible.

Our waiter, Raul, was very attentive and even brought additional complimentary bread to the table! The food was fresh and we will definitely return.

Friday night 30% full. Didn’t have Peroni because CO2 wasn’t working. Didn’t provide spaghetti with meat sauce as requested. Pork chop was uneven (raw to done ok). Branzino was not presented properly and full of bones although well seasoned. Waitress was sweet but a combination of inattentive and overly attentive. I wish them well but not ready for prime time yet.

Excellent food service and atmosphere! Can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu.

Simpatico proved to be an exceptional venture from the moment Jesse welcomed us to his restaurant.

The establishment is open yet maintains a comforting and warm atmosphere. The seats are comfortable and the tables are welcoming.

Our waiter, Grant was kind, patient, and helpful with all aspects of food and drink.

Barbara, the bartender, created phenomenal martinis and limoncello cocktails.

The food was exceptional. The golden beets were fresh with hearty flavor on a bed of rich balsamic vinegar that had the smoky essence of a reduction sauce.

Perfectly cooked salmon and its crispy skin rested on cannellini beans and kale. The flavors were strong and extremely satisfying.

For dessert, the tiramisu was remarkable. Fresh, creamy, and drenched in espresso, it capped off the meal in grand fashion.

Many thanks to Jesse, Grant, and Barbara for their hospitality and care.

The goal is to return as soon as possible!

Food was really poor. The salad was missing the listed ingredients. The gnocchi was tasteless, very greasy, and did not have the tomatoes as was described. Basically a bowl of tiny bits of sausage in oil with bland dense gnocchi. No heirloom tomatoes, no salt and pepper on the table which would have helped, no cheese on top as pictured. Even the Diet Coke was off and tasted like pepto bismol. So disappointed with the whole experience.

The customer service was amazing but the food was awful. The focaccia was extremely stale and hard, the gnocchi had no flavor and tasted more like a flour dumpling. There were sports show playing on tv, while music was playing and at the same time live music, it was very overstimulating. I get the concept but it isn’t being executed correctly. Quality of food needs to improve asap

The changed the menu but didn't update their website. The dish we went for was no longer available. The bartender doesn't know how to make drinks. Our waitress had to remake our drinks (very good). Our 1st calamari over cooked. The owner noticed it. 2nd calamari the breading was soggy. Husband dish which was fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was plain NO favor and my lasagna had a burnt and bitter taste. The owner was on spot, walking around the tables. Our waitress was pleasant and professional. For what we got 2 entrees (no salads etc), 1 appetizer, and 2 drinks, the cost of our meal was overpriced. I can go to Carrabba's or Olive Garden get the same thing for less price and enjoy it I'm sorry, unfortunately we will not be returning due to the food nor will I recommend.

Two of us ordered the lasagna bolognese. One ordered the chicken Parmesan sub with fries. The first orders of lasagna were barely warm, so they took them back and heated it back up. It was $15 for a 1/2 order of the lasagna (so a small piece)and it didn’t even come with a piece of bread. The chicken parm sub was ok at best, the fries were limp with no seasoning and luke warm. The cabernet was mediocre. We were on vacation and wanted a nice Italian restaurant, we were very disappointed.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a long time. Food was inedible and trying to find waitress/server to tell her same was impossible.

Food was amazing, however I did not appreciate being charged 20% gratuity on my party of 2. Had I been made aware of the auto gratuity I would understand, but it definitely felt sleazy.

Great dinner last night at Simpatico in Allentown! They have a nice wine list with unique options and a variety of entrees and appetizers but we chose to focus on the house made scratch pastas. They have full and half sizes so it is easy to try a variety of different pastas. We went with the carbonara , fettuccine and clams, and the short rib with red sauce. All delicious and fairly priced. We will be back!
