We visited here to get some shakes and it was not a good experience. We placed a mobile order and waited for 45 minutes for a shake, We tried going through the drive-thru and no one answered at the box, We parked and checked in, and tried to ask about our order and when they finally responded it was to tell us they decided to close for the evening. The employees inside were screaming at each other and little kids were walking in and out of the kitchen. Overall not a great experience.

Gave up waiting almost 10 minutes to order 2 drinks. Kept getting told be right with you. The location is missing half their screens and the ones that are there barely work. My suggestion is a new manger to re do this place or close it down it's that bad.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. BUT!! The only person working was the manager (or assistant mgr). I was angry at first but then I asked if he was by himself & gave him a tip and thanked him!! Super nice guy!

Food was excellent but the employees were trying to leave almost two hours early which irritated me a bit because if I didn’t have an online order I wouldn’t have been able to place an order after waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes.
