This was a location I’d never been to before, which made the betrayal sting just a little more. I took a few sips, thought, “Hmm… that tastes suspiciously… creamy,” and then clocked in for the start of my 6-hour shift. That’s when my body decided to file a formal complaint. Immediately. Violently. I spent the beginning of my shift fighting for my life in the bathroom, questioning every decision that led me to that latte. That said—credit where credit is due—the staff was actually very kind and welcoming, and I truly don’t think this was intentional. Mistakes happen, even ones that emotionally and physically scar you. So please, for the sake of lactose-intolerant customers everywhere: double-check the milk. My stomach, my dignity, and my work shift would greatly appreciate it. I may return… but next time I will sip with suspicion.

Lexi was working the front counter and did a wonderful job explaining the new coffee that was available aswell as describing what comes in a Gingerbread Chai drink so I could dial back the sweetness. Wonderful overall customer service! She went above and beyond what I’m used to at other Starbucks

The Route 222 Starbucks continues to impress me every single visit. I’m a very particular customer — I like my coffee super hot, fresh, and made exactly to order — and this location has never once disappointed. The consistency here is exceptional.
Many of the baristas know me by now and remember my ordering habits, which makes the experience not only smoother but genuinely enjoyable. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly attitude set this store apart. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do.

I moved out of state two years ago, but every time I’m back, I have to stop at this Starbucks. They’re always consistent, and the drinks are made so well, never watery or too sweet. It feels like coming home

I was waiting for my online order when I noticed the barista taking my order to show it to everyone and how odd it was. One of the staff said that order would make my heart explode. It was totally unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. I will stick w the south mall starbucks where there is no issue with this type of activity
Lexi was my server today. Ordered a tall coffee. No cup sleeve and lid was not snapped on the cup. Gave a tip too. Wish I didn't. Service not tip worthy.
