I don’t drink at Starbucks much anymore but every once in awhile I splurge a little ordered a Venti Extra Hot whole milk pistachio latte and it’s literally half full!!! $9 including a $2 tip.

Employees are very nice but the refresher’s here taste watered down weather it’s coconut milk or lemonade mixed.

We stopped at this location this morning around 6am on our way back home which is out of state. I ordered two venti lattes with an extra espresso shot costing $8 each, one with coconut milk and one with whole milk. Both were clearly marked with the right order on the printed sticker so I don’t know what they did but both had coconut flavor. I should have tasted mine in the store and had we not already started on the drive home I would have went back. I’m just gonna have to stop ordering Starbucks because they always get my basic 2 ingredient latte wrong almost every time. Very disappointing waste of time and money for an expensive coffee I couldn’t drink!!

we went here this afternoon to order some drinks and we decided to order Cranberry Bliss Bars because they were advertised by a sign as 50% off. After we purchased them, we realized that they were not rung up as 50% off. We went back to the front to ask if we could have them for the price they were advertised as, and Ada was extremely rude and refused to refund the money. We told her that they were advertised by a sign right on them that they were 50% off, and she rudely stated that she “had no idea who put that sign there” and that “there was nothing she could do". She was rude and yelling at staff, and was very rude to us as well. Wont be returning soon.
Also note that we bought 7 Cranberry Bliss Bar Boxes because they were 50% off, so the savings would have been significant.

This is the second Starbucks to do a renovation only to make it worse than it was before. once again, we introduce these chairs and seats. They have hard uncomfortable surfaces
This is a sharp contrast to the Starbucks on Whitehall, which still has its nice couches that are comfortable or then coffee shop nowhere with comfortable seating.
I’m pretty confused on why we invested so much money to take the atmosphere down a notch with uncomfortable and less space and seats…
Have updated this from five star to three star we spent a whole month waiting and pretty disappointed with the results ….
I came to Starbucks today on 8 September 2024 and they could be find a seat it’s now so crowded because we have reduced the seating to such a degree. Feels very claustrophobic with limited seating people sitting on top of each other and tables next very close to walls, etc. making The experience overall very uncomfortable with the new design…..:(
Now I drive all the way over here only to find out it’s closed with no explanation as to why….

My go to before work or just cause. Order is made perfectly each time and if not, their staff is very friendly. Always ordering brown sugar oatmilk espressos or matcha lattes. Love to mobile order, never take too long!
