I wonder if we're in a coffeeshop or a club. I asked why the music is so loud and was told THEY can't hear it behind the counter at a normal level. It would be nice to be able to have coffee/tea AND conversation. But that's not a possibility here. Maybe SBX should consider putting speakers behind the counter so their CUSTOMERS can enjoy themselves. And NOT HAVE TO SHOUT TO EACH OTHER. Who's SBX there for?
I've gone to the Tilghman street store often and always pleased w/ drinks and service! Was there on Friday and the lady who took my order in the drive through was absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you Elizabeth for such amazing customer service.... your special drink was awesome!!! I'm sure that your kind words and amazing personality put a smile on tons of Starbucks customers!!! Keep up the good work!!!
