This was probably the least aesthetically pleasing Starbucks I've ever been in but the coffee was fine for what it was. It was a brief Pit Stop on our way home.

I walked in At exactly 7:55 am, it's now 8:02 am every their is over 6 employees, but it seems they all doing something. And I am standing their in front of the counter by the register making my self noticeable trying to get someone to ask me what I want to drink. I just want a coffee it should be in and out...it's been over 5 minutes it's like I am not their. I thought I was invisible for a moment. I had to leave to the original DD

A little while ago, me and my Daughter got a Grande iced Horchata Oat Shake Espresso, and a Grande Mango Dragon Lemonade, my Daughter was going to spell our name, but the cassier stoped her to spell and just say it, and my daughters name was Berrin, but she wrote it as a Bear. We are not a Bear. This is not nice, I didn't like it.

Be careful if you have a service animal, somebody who works at one of these star bucks is very judgy and is even a “shift manager” - as far as I’m concerned, your not manager material if your going to get “pissed off” about a well trained dog in your location. Service dogs do not have to be marked by laws.

They failed the update their online app to let people know that items are sold out so they are forced to go all the way into the facility and then get an attitude because you don't want a substitution. Not the first time I was given negative treatment there. Get it together over there

Angela is the rudest barista I have ever encountered. EVERY TIME I see her she is unfriendly, doesn’t respond, doesn’t make eye contact, terrible customer service, etc. I asked her if she heard me at the window and she purposefully ignored me. So, I asked her again. She responded with “yeah I heard you”. Disgusting. She also made my drink wrong twice.
The attitude I received this morning was absolutely uncalled for! I placed my order in and went around the drive thru, yes, I understand it takes 5-7 minutes. Not only did the one taking my order but the one at the window both give me an attitude about the amount of items and next time wait 5 minutes before pulling up? I’m sorry what? It was a few items with minimal prep. I had no problem waiting but to give an attitude and be unprofessional and then hand me a full cup of ice? Not worth it at all.
