They failed the update their online app to let people know that items are sold out so they are forced to go all the way into the facility and then get an attitude because you don't want a substitution. Not the first time I was given negative treatment there. Get it together over there

Angela is the rudest barista I have ever encountered. EVERY TIME I see her she is unfriendly, doesn’t respond, doesn’t make eye contact, terrible customer service, etc. I asked her if she heard me at the window and she purposefully ignored me. So, I asked her again. She responded with “yeah I heard you”. Disgusting. She also made my drink wrong twice.

The attitude I received this morning was absolutely uncalled for! I placed my order in and went around the drive thru, yes, I understand it takes 5-7 minutes. Not only did the one taking my order but the one at the window both give me an attitude about the amount of items and next time wait 5 minutes before pulling up? I’m sorry what? It was a few items with minimal prep. I had no problem waiting but to give an attitude and be unprofessional and then hand me a full cup of ice? Not worth it at all.

They sent two venti mocha Frappuccino’s that were made with only chocolate and ice. The baristathat made it forgot the milk and coffee. Third time I’ve had this happen. Train your staff.

I just experienced horrific customer service. The girl who took my order automatically made our drinks hot instead of cold. And when I got to the window of the drive thru & asked for what we ordered the Manager came around & said, “You have to get back in line & drive all the way around again because we don’t have time for this.” So I asked for a refund & He(the manager) practically threw the drinks at the girl working the window & said, “Take these drinks & get outta the line!” So rude!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!! Oh & what’s more is the drinks came out super lousy & disgusting!!!! We spent a fortune just to get disgusting drinks with extremely disrespectful treatment. It set the tone for my day. Awful Starbucks!
The manager was completely nasty to us and didn’t give good customer service. I understand it’s stressful in that environment because I worked in that environment too but it doesn’t give the right to treat others with disrespect at all.

I just found a moldy substance in my coffee. My boyfriend took a sip and spit this onto the top of my cup. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Love spending $10 on a foul coffee experience.
