Safieh is such a great worker super friendly and customer service was 100% I asked her for a frappe and let her know I am a little more picky now due to my pregnancy so I don’t like stuff I used to like :/ sadly I didn’t like the drink I used to always get and she had no problem making me a different one I appreciate her so

Lady in front of me had to find the employee because nobody was behind the counter and we were just standing there while they messed around. One worker took my order, made me feel rushed, and was kinda rude then all of a sudden 3 Starbucks workers appeared from all different directions but I still got a drink that tasted awful and it was my normal so it's not me, it's the way they made it. Opened my boyfriends because it felt so light and it was literally only full half with coffee and then foam 3/4 way up to the cup. Had to waste my time and go back in for a refund and got bounced back and forth between Starbucks and target customer service, was given a hard time about not having a receipt even though they didn't give me one and couldn't trust them to remake it because it's very apparent they don't care or even want to be there in the first place. Crazy that I paid $14 for two small coffees just to waste 30 minutes of my time. Just avoid it altogether.

every single time i order a matcha lattei ask for 3 or more scoops and every time im given 1. i am basically paying to drink $6 milk.

I know I’m not the only one. Tired of paying over $6 for my coffee and getting coffee that isn’t prepared right and 3/4 of the way full. It’s a shame I have order my coffee and ask them to make sure I get a full cup. Over priced and then rip us off. Perhaps young should be less focused on being woke and more focused on hiring people who aren’t mediocre and better customer service. Instead of reloading my gift card every time you screw, maybe insure your employees can figure how to make your coffees.

Whoever the woman is that opened for this Starbucks in the target on Black Friday morning by herself deserves a raise. She handled a line of people efficiently and extremely timely for being by herself. Props to her.
Almost everyday starbucks experience is a 4 star, that really the plan for them. This one is different for some reason. My weekly or more visit to this location always seems better.
