They have literal kids as managers that are incompetent don’t know money or pos systems they tried to make me double pay when I gave my gift card telling me only had 4.43 on it and I said no it was a $25 gift card the total was 20.57 so that’s why there’s 4.43 she already scanned it. Had me there for so long telling me I was wrong had my drinks sitting there they wouldn’t remake my drinks didn’t give napkins or straws and all I got told was they were gonna call the cops I said go ahead so I can tell them how you just treated me and how terrible your customer service is you should not put inexperienced children in management positions!!!

Every single time I go to this specific Starbucks location they mess up my drink order. I always get the same order and they always mess it up and not put the lemonade in the refresher even though I specifically ask with lemonade. Over it. Not going back.

why does my drink look empty before I even took a sip yet this is literally how I was handed the cup lol. also 90% ice and 10% drink. I just paid like almost $10 for this.

25+ minutes waiting and decided to cancel my order. Jessalyn, whom I believe is the manager spoke to me rudely and sternly. My order was $30.37. I tipped $5. I ordered 4 food items a large iced tea and a 5 shot espresso with milk. She seemed flustered and tried to be kind but it wasn't working. I asked her what kind of sweet foam they had and she said she could add syrup to any foam. I asked if she could please put a little foam and she loudly and aggressively said yes but I'll have to charge you. This is after spending $35. I said ok. The poor lady in front of me ordered a regular coffee and she was waiting 25 minutes. I approached the register and Jessalyn said I told you I would be with you in a moment and I didn't say anything. I said this poor woman is waiting for a regular coffee. Jessalyn jumped through hoops to get her coffee while speaking sternly to me in front of everybody. I had no idea that Starbucks charged for a splash of milk. From my experience almost every Starbucks is always kind and goes above and beyond but not the airport rd location in Allentown. I will never ever go back to this location or maybe even Starbucks in general nor will my family. I understand getting busy but taking it out on a customer is unacceptable.
