I don't feel they should be asking us if we want our change. Left from our orders, I had a $5 bill. Left over from a large iced tea, and she literally asked me if I wanted my change back. Put me in a bad thing. The situation made me feel stupid, so I left her. Keep it. That is not fair to the customers. Should not be allowed to ask that
I got reprimanded for using the mobile app and going straight to the drive-thru—they told me it’s a different system. Like, sir, I don’t care, just make my drink. The way he said it really rubbed me the wrong way. He basically told me to order, wait 12 minutes, then come. But guess what? My drink was ready immediately anyway. Totally unnecessary.

Poor low frequency atmosphere
Why every time I order from the Starbucks, my cup is always so sticky and then my hands are sticky and my cupholder is all sticky. Do better please wipe the cups.

Very bad, what you ask for, they never have it or they don't know how to do it is the worst. They are not helpful in the area, 3 drinks, no one knew what I was asking for, they are helpless, they must be elementary, the area is very dirty.

I frequent this location daily, in the morning. Today was a busy day so I ended up going at 5pm this afternoon. My danish was tough like the bread had been out all day and my drink was absolutely disgusting. I had already driven down the road and the traffic was bad so I called and called and called. No answer. I’m literally going to keep the drink and drive back with it for a refund or to remake it. These are very expensive times. If we’re spending our money for these type of “treats” the quality should not be this poor.

So I've observed a lot of quality control issues for Starbucks coffee. Sometimes it tastes great and is hot, and other times it's weak and not very hot. I've been told the new brewing machines will fix those problems. And indeed it has, in a number of locations I've been to recently with the new machines, the coffee is great. I believe it is an improvement. However I was told this would lead to uniformity in the coffee across all locations, but I could see from my visit last week to this location that might not be true. This was the first and only time I've gotten a coffee from the new machines that ended up both weak and not very hot. So at the very least I'm not sure the uniformity of product is a guaranteed thing after all. I guess there are settings that much be properly set and maintained? And I would encourage this location to look into that.
Communication with the customers needs to improve. Drinks and food were left on the counter and were not called out to the customers once they were done being made. Tables were disorganized and not cleaned.
