Completely wrong! If you are going to advertise a drink as OATMILK, and DAIRY FREE! You have to actually use OATMILK and have it actually be DAIRY FREE. Me and my mother are both Lactose Intolerant, and did not enjoy finding out they used the wrong milk and had false advertising, through the pain and discomfort while driving around. It wasn't too late for me to reach a restroom, however my mother was not so fortunate! Ruined our day! Absolutely outrageous for the extra costs of having these substitutions if you are not using them! We are not ordering these substitutions because of luxury. They are a necessity.

The people in this Starbucks are so kind, today I was having a bit of a tough day at work. So I stopped by and sat outside to catch a breath on my break and one of the girls came outside and gave me a cup of water and told me they noticed I was a bit tense. They are truly so sweet and have went out of their way to make me feel like an important and well respected customer to their store. Highly recommend stopping by, you’ll leave feeling respected and appreciated.

The 'store manager' was there yesterday, Heather Martin. She was serving the red cups & distributing the online orders. I waited 12 minutes for a grande pike w/ two pumps of caramel & a bacon & Gouda sandwich until I mentioned to the 'store manager' that I waited 12 minutes. She responded by saying "it's red cup day" in an extremely sarcastic tone. And then went on to say, "it's gonna be a 30 minute wait." There was five cars in the drive-through when I got there but I go in bc the baristas are so nice & they were moving quickly so I said, "is there a 30 minute wait for the drive thru, too?" She said, "look now, there's 15 cars in line so.."I told her if it takes just two minutes more I'm canceling my order. She said, "go ahead." I waited for two minutes, then went up to the counter, and I canceled my order. I got a refund but the very nice gentleman at the counter got me my medium Pike on the double without even asking. Jesslyn, the manager, wasn't there that day I think. Just the "store manager." I don't know what the difference is. Anyway - the attitude Heather gave me was enough to put me on the fence of never visiting another Starbucks again, ever. Thanks My humblest regards k.david
