The pizza here is extravagant, nearly as fine as New York’s best, and for that alone it deserves high praise. Yet, I suppose in life one must accept the ugly with the good. The food is exceptional, but the customer service is abysmal. Time and again, the curly-haired man with glasses has proven himself rude, arrogant, and smug — behavior that has no place in hospitality. It is both astonishing and regrettable that such excellent cuisine is left in the shadow of such deplorable service.

My first and only visit to this place was a howling disappointment. The service was rushed, it was hard to get an answer to a question, the server was very rude, and my hot sandwich was refrigerator cold. I sent a note through their facebook page, never got a reply.
