Tamara did an excellent job at catering my MIL surprise 70th birthday bash. We catered for 50 people. The food was so good and everyone kept asking me who catered the event. There was so much food. Tamara was helpful and courteous through the whole process. We will definitely use her services again. I really would like the recipe for the baked beans and the jimica slaw!!!

Let me start by saying I was not familiar with Strut or any business in the area and on very short notice I needed food for 20ish people.I came across Strut, called Tamara and left her a message. She promptly returned my call to let me know what she could do for me, when it could be ready picked up or delivered, and priced (ready to eat or with chafing dishes).Tamara was so sweet and easy to deal with, she provided BBQ Chicken, rolls, Mac & cheese, Cole slaw at a very reasonable price.I live out of state and was unable to atttend the service, and apparently I missed out on some Fantastic BBQ and fixins.Strut and Tamara did an exceptional job and I commend then as such. Strut catered our daughter's first birthday party. We picked the BBQ menu, and the food was phenomenal. The chicken wings and brisket were next level. Everyone asked where the food came from. Staff were super friendly and planning the event was easy. They helped us figure out how much food we would need and covered all the supplies and set-up. Very punctual, very professional and very affordable. We will be using again the next time we have a large event.

She and her staff were very well organized, courteous and pleasant on site and the food was excellent and plentiful! We had brisket sliders, both chicken and veggie tacos, chicken marsala along with delicious sides of beans, coleslaw and cornbread. We would not hesitate to use Strut catering again in the future.

I had to change the plan for a birthday dinner very quickly. I reached out to STRUT, and they were there! I laid out allergies, likes and dislikes, none of these were an issue. This dinner included vegetarians, gluten-free people and a husband who doesn't do onions--no problem. The food (tacos and rice) was plentiful and delicious.
