Unpleasant staff, no greeting, no smile and poor customer service. Employee didn’t understood veggie delite hoagie includes full serving vegetables, employees was being stingy and counting each veggie pieces. Why pay for $9 foot long when sandwich is not fully served with vegetable customer asked for. This place is rip off.

Me & my friend ate here for lunch before a movie. Worst subway ever. My friend got the worst food poisoning ever she couldn’t even hold it down during the movie. She’s been throwing up constantly for over 24 hours will never be back.

Vegetarian options: Horrible horrible customer service…. Ordered 3 foot long veggie subs with sauces on the side which I was refused! Claiming there’s a limit of 1 cup per sandwich. Above all they gave me a wrong sandwich, gave me meat sandwich when I am strictly vegetarian. I was told there is no manager and the owner lives in Philadelphia. The phone number doesn’t work either so I couldn’t even complain and get a refund. I hope the corporate sees this and takes action. Least I expect is a refund!!

After a few not so good experiences in the past with this location, I decided to give them another try last week hoping things would be better this time around. Sadly, I was wrong. I placed an online order for 2 subs in the morning. One was the club sandwich and the other was an Italian bmt with bacon (I forgot what the website called this specific sandwich). Instead of getting the club (which is turkey, roast beef and ham), I get a chicken sandwich. Mistakes happen, I get it. I tried calling the store but the phone didn't ring. Tried calling multiple times over 2 days, nothing. Contacted Subway through their app and get a response back a few days later from the manager saying they're sorry about my experience. Your store gave me something completely different than I ordered and all you have to say is sorry? Great customer service! ? Now I remember why I haven't been to this location in a while.

The guy in here knew we only had $13 and I am pregnant and my husband was also hungry. We’ve been so short on money, and the other subway screw*d us over. We came to this subway at 10:45pm and the online ordering wasn’t working Aka the buy 1 get 1 deal, and he gave us the sandwich anyways. He said “don’t worry I’ll pay for it.” And that is the nicest thing ever that’s happened to us here in Allentown. We are so low on money because we found mold in our house and need to completely redo our bathroom because it was EVERYWHERE, so this guy tonight really helped us out. Thank you so much.

I wish I had pictures of the food. However, I never got it. Food was never received and owner had me cont her personal email. And she still never sent my refund. Then I told her I would pick it up. Still nothing.

Wish I could give this junk hole a negative 10,000! Worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. Not just the worst of all subways but the worst of any place that serves food on this earth. They constantly close much earlier than their sign says, like more than an hour early. They are extremely stingy with their toppings. The employees are all young teens that just don't care at all. They wear headphones when making your sandwich if you can even get there when they are actually open. The place is always dirty and staff are never kind or welcoming. There is sadly not one single thing I can say that is good about this restaurant if you even want to call it that. This is the lowest of the low. Save yourself the sadness and just don't go here, trust me I am helping anyone that reads this.

Tables inside are disgusting. The store is out of chipotle. Out of everything. Bread and cookies are burnt and product looks old. Super disappointed in this location as the one gentleman working skipped over me 3 times before I had to say something. Where’s the owner & manager?!

We ordered subway from this location.My husbands tuna fish was great.However I ordered all american sub,all together our bill was 20 something my sandwich was 10.99.However when opened my snadwich had very small amout lettuce,about 3 inches ham rest of sandwich empty.I was so mad.We ordered by the internet-never order this way fom Walmart subway.I know we will never order from subway again. very poor,this is the 1st time I ever posted my review of any thing.

I am a subway enthusiast. Today I was craving some subway while I did some weekly grocery shopping. I stopped by ordered my usual sandwhich where these unprofessional kids were working. And I thought to myself if this sandwhich is as a** as this service, I'm never coming back again. Low and behold, it was just as a** as the service. But then again what else can I expect from a subway at a walmart.

The worst customer service ever, the guy that help us was talking the whole time while preparing our food and playing with a kid that clearly did not work there. They were out of vegetables, the area was dirty. Never coming back here
