I ordered 3 hoagies from them last night through the subway app. My order was received but never delivered. I then noticed that it said my order was canceled and I never got a refund. I’ve tried calling the store just to have no one answer the phone. This store needs to do better.

If I can give this place NO stars I would!! The guy working there in the morning needs more training honestly! I did not get greeted just asked what I want. I proceeded to tell him which took FORVER for just 3 things that needed to be heated up.. my pizza was then burnt and I expressed that to him just for him to tell me it’s not when I can clearly see it was! So I told him I would like a different one. I finally go to pay and he places my pizza sideways in the brown paper bag!!!! At that point I was just over it and ready to leave so I pay for my order and he walks away and I had to tell him my order came with a drink and he said “a drink” I said yes the pizza combo comes with a drink.. let’s not forget to mention how when the female working there went to ask him a question she was literally all on top of him chest touching his arms and everything! Never again! This place gets worse by the visit! Soda machine needs to be cleaned also! I shouldn’t have gotten my soda (sprite) and see something black floating inside after I the soda came out!

No AC in this location. Employees sweat dripping from their head on to the food. Subs are barely filled with decent amount inside. Our sub was like 70% filled mostly just bread. Hanover location

SUPER DISAPPOINTED! went into to subway today for a quick sandwich while in the middle of working a 10 hr shift ….. get to work to get and my bread it HARD . i LOVEEE subway and have gone to this one for years always got along with all works when i called to inform them the day shift younger female took it more less a joke.
