I was in the area and craving diner food, and I'd never had the chance to check this place out before. It seemed like the perfect time to stop in.
I started with a bowl of the homemade chicken noodle soup, filled with thick egg noodles, chicken, and the usual carrots, celery, and parsley in a clear broth. The noodles were a bit over-soft for my taste, but it still delivered that familiar, comforting diner flavor.
After the soup, I went with a Reuben wrap and French fries. The fries were hot and crispy, but the wrap itself fell a bit flat. The corned beef was underseasoned, and it could have used more Russian dressing, though asking for some extra on the side helped a bit.
All in all, everything was fairly average. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but if I were in the area, I'd consider stopping in to try something else.
