Tastefully executed creative takes on classic tex-mex food. Great environment. We listened to live music while having dinner on Saturday. Cool patio. Parking in the city public-parking garage south of the restaurant, and on the same block.

Greatest Mexican restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Food is by far the most authentic Mexican cuisine I’ve eaten since being Mexico. The staff to was very professional and friendly especially Kate and Makayla made my dining experience above and beyond. I will forever return for the greatest dining experience in Allentown Very highly recommend Tacos y Tequila to anyone looking for a pure Mexican experience and food

Solid restaurant for a family with indoor and outdoor seating. Great American style Mexican food. We had the burrito/ enchilada combo and the chile relleno.

On a Saturday the staff seemed more confident with doing other side tasks than providing service. Shortly after sitting down and ordering drinks someone came by and mopped with Pinesol, creating an overwhelming smell. My husband is allergic and we had to move seats. Tacos were just okay, the Al pastor taco I got was just a hunk off fat. When we were ready to pay I had to go find our waitress as it had been quite a while since we had seen her. Margarita was mediocre. Best thing was the free chips and salsa. Very disappointing.
