I cam here for dinner q night in a party of 20. It did not take too long to be sat, which was nice. Our server did a good job of handling our large party. We all had drinks and entrees. I ordered an island cooler to drink. I have had it many times before and it tasted great. I had a Cesar salad. There was not much dressing and the salad tasted plain. I also had the chicken fried sirloin with fries. The sirloin was good with the white gravy. The fries were on the done side and were very salty. Overall this location is good. I would not get the fries and Cesar salad again.

Our family always loved Texas Roadhouse, but I’m not coming back again to this location after this experience. We are a family of four, and came to the trexlertown location for dinner tonight, my husband ordered a filet medallions steak, the menu showed one price, but when we were paying, it was showing a different higher price. The manager told us they increased the price a few weeks ago and probably missed the menus on our table. But he didn’t want to adjust the price according to the menu that we were given. It wasn’t a big price difference, and it’s not the price amount that mattered, I didn’t feel it was right when the restaurant gave us the menu with one price but charged at a different price and didn’t want to make it right. We were planning on coming back for my son’s birthday next week, but we are not coming back again, they just lost us as customers.

Nick our waiter was AMAZING very patient. We had a big party and he still never messed up
I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve eaten some questionable things in my life—gas station sushi, expired yogurt I thought was still good, even a stale marshmallow I found in my car. But NOTHING could have prepared my taste buds for the culinary war crime Texas Roadhouse dared to call “green beans.”
The moment they hit my tongue, it was like my mouth was transported to a damp, forgotten crawlspace under a haunted Cracker Barrel, where old dishwater and despair have been fermenting for decades. The “seasoning” (if you can even call it that) tasted like liquid smoke filtered through a cursed ashtray that once belonged to a chain-smoking raccoon.
There was this sweet-yet-salty-yet-metallic thing happening, like someone accidentally spilled syrup, rust, and pure malice into the pot. Imagine licking a penny that’s been marinating in vinegar and then chasing it with the smell of wet dog fur—that’s the aftertaste.
The texture? Oh, buckle up. These green beans were so overcooked they had the same mouthfeel as soggy shoelaces pulled out of a gutter after a rainstorm. And yet somehow, despite being mushy, they also managed to squeak against my teeth like tiny chalkboards of doom.
Every bite felt like a personal insult, as if the chef whispered, “Let’s see how much they can endure before crying.”
I would rather chew on the corner of a used sponge than ever subject myself to those evil, brine-soaked, joy-killing vegetable husks again. If this is the seasoning they’re proud of, I fear what the unseasoned version would taste like—probably just pure sadness.
In conclusion, these green beans tasted like betrayal, disappointment, and the lingering dread of a future you can’t escape.
All in all everything else was great! Just be aware of the green beans

We frequent this location a lot, and it seems to get slight worse each time we go. About a week ago, we came with our family of 5.
First, love that the peanut are back. That's about where the experience ended.
Salads came out and were pretty weak with toppings, and the chili was lukewarm at best. Sent both Chilis back, and 2 fresh ones came out, same temp. I ate mine because I was hungry, but my wife did not. She sent the 2nd one back and the 3rd time was a charm, as it came out piping hot. Check your steamtable?
Steak, Ribs, Burgers...all cooked to our order, just missing any pizzaz. Ribs were overcooked, which is the 3rd time they have been in the 3 most recent visits.
Lastly, the Bill. I ordered a COMBO off the menu priced at $28.49. When we got the bill, I was charged for a steak, with shrimp added on. That total for that was $30.97. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she was dismissive and said that's how they had to ring it up. I pushed back, and had to show the menu to show her the price. After a brief discussion, she brought it to the manager, who was about 5' away to adjust. Manager never looked our direction or apologized, and it seemed we were bothering them.
Hard to say if we will be back.

Was not a bad experience overall BUT when the bill came, be vigilant because what we ordered and what we were charged were not the same. The meals in the menu are one price and the bill breakdown was a total of 3 dollars higher, about 1.50 on each meal, (2 meals total). So basically they are charging you differently, a bit higher than the price you see in the menu. When asking the waitress about it, it didn't even make sense the way she tried to explain it until finally she said, the manager can change it and deduct the extra, they do it all the time when people ask about it.
Basically, upcharging everyone unless they notice it. It's only a couple of dollars but multiply that by hundreds and even thousands of customers. Completely unacceptable, and wrong!
