Beautiful place. Staff are very friendly. Food was great
Absolute horrible. The fries I got with my fish and chips were soggy and the fish had a bone in it. I don’t know what fish is used in the dish but whoever fries it should know better. Very disappointed. Should get better cooks
Super good cocktails! The Smoke Maple Old Fashioned and Fig-ment of Imagination are excellent!
We stopped by on what should have been a great spring evening. After valeting the car and heading up to the third-floor restaurant, we were surprised to find it completely empty—no staff in the kitchen, no guests at the bar, and not a single table occupied. At 6:30 on a Friday night, that’s a major red flag. This place gave us nothing but disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time—look elsewhere.
The food was amazing. I had the steak. My wife had the chicken. We started with these egg rolls. Very delicious. It wasn't crowded on an 8 o'clock Saturday night. Great for a private date night. Atmosphere was fancy. Highly recommend the restaurant.

Appetizer menu was akin to a brew pub. Short rib eggrolls were good. Tofu curry entree was very good. Wine list wasn’t great, cocktails were pretty good. Service was excellent.
We had a not so great dining experience but I always say its not about the mistake but the way the mistake is handled that will leave me satisfied. The management at this restaurant not only cares about the quality of the restaurant but also their customers. Thank you Tom and Nick for being so accommodating.
Disappointing sums up our visit perfectly. The atmosphere and restaurant is beautiful, no doubt about it.. You will walk in and you will be amazed. BUT the food is mediocre at best. We had a party of 9 and NOT ONE of us enjoyed our entrees, and we all got different things, chicken, steak, the pizza, short rib and none of it was good. The appetizers were also okay… nothing to rave about, better than the entrees for sure. The service was also not the best, i feel we waited a very long time for our drinks, and our waiter really never came to check how things were. At one point we were all sitting around with empty glasses, ice melting waiting for him to come around and see if we needed refills for maybe 10 minutes (mind you, the place wasn’t busy at all) the food came out pretty fast. for the price you pay, the food should not be mediocre and the service should be better. I’m surprise this place has a 4 star rating on google… misleading for sure….. We will not be back. The Dime, do better!
Such a great crew and staff. Amazing food and atmosphere.

50 ft from ppl center Food was delicious Apps were large portions...egg rolls tremendous Dinner entrees were adequate for price
We selected this venue because it was a steakhouse and we eat strictly gluten free. Because there was a Concert at the adjacent venue, they had a limited menu (that didn't include their primary steaks). We asked for a wine list when we arrived (their website indicated a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence). We specifically included Gluten Free in our reservation and reminded the waiter when we sat down. He checked with the chef and came back to tell us what appetizers and entrees we could have. We then had to ask for a wine list a second time. We finally placed our orders and selected a bottle of wine, which was on a rack on the wall (no refrigeration system). The glassware was pathetic. Ultimately, revisited the website to find that the award was granted 6 years ago (and their was obvious change-over in people who actually cared about wine service). The table next to us received their food, and two of the four had ordered the same Steak Freitas as my wife (who has celiac). The truffle fries parm looked amazing, but were clearly deep fried. We stopped the waiter and asked if they were fried in a dedicated fryer.....he checked with the chef and the answer was "NO, but we'll substitute mashed potatoes".... In summary, the staff has no clue how to deal with Celiac Disease, even the chef is clueless, service is extremely slow, the limited menu is marginal at best and the Spectator wine award is no longer valid. Pick a different restaurant.....even if you have to walk somewhere!
When the restaurant became busy or “hectic” as our waitress said, they closed off all cocktail orders and only allowed beer and wine. Not what you expect from a nicer, upscale restaurant.
Great experience at the Dime we went for both breakfast and dinner in one day. The staff was courteous, prompt bringing our food out, and made sure to check frequently to make sure we did not need anything. Fantastic experience!!
Food was very good. Service was extremely slow and pretty bad overall. She was clearly new and not experienced
