Went for a party of 18!! our waiter was great , food was good with the exception of the hostess. The lady with the tattoos down her arm and screw face. She was rude from the moment we walked in very unpleasant and nasty demeanor. It’s ashame because it’s a nice place and people you decided to hire and represent your company can really leave a bad impression.Every person in our dinner party had negative things to say about her. If you don’t like your job find another one instead of being miserable and making other peoples experiences a memorable one.I would never return because of how rude and unpleasant she was. I know for a fact this can’t be the first complaint in regards to her. She is the first person to greet you when you walk in the first person to make a great impression and she is doing an awful job & because of her a few of us will not return!!

The bartenders are very personable and kind!! The bar experience is very enjoyable, with a wide variety of liquors, beers, and wines!(:

Had a dinner here with my spouse. She had a very undercooked steak and I had the salmon. Salmon was alright, steak was terrible. Shame too, it was a great cut, just not handled correctly.Atmosphere is great, drinks are OK (if they have the ingredients), service is mid. You can spend the same amount at S&S across the street with chicken fingers and have a better time, real shame. They need to build a firebirds out here, frfr

My boyfriend and I have been here a handful of times before and decided to celebrate our anniversary here last week.I ordered a steak to be cooked rare as I normally do. It comes out, and after cutting it open I see it's absolutely not rare, it's blue. Safe to eat? Maybe, but not what I ordered. I touched the piece I had just cut, and it was cool to the touch in the middle, not even warm.So I politely ask for it to be taken and cooked just a little more. After it comes back out, I cut into it again, it was still not cooked. It seemed like they just seared the side I cut off and put it back on the plate. There was some stuck to the knife like I had cut through a piece of raw meat. (See photos)Our waitress (a young, small blonde woman with glasses) was very kind, but before giving us our bill, she had the nerve to tell me that I shouldn't order a rare steak next time! As if I'm an idiot that doesn't know the difference between rare and nearly raw and cold. So effectively, she blamed me for the kitchen's mistake. Just an unprofessional and unnecessary comment. The manager ended up taking it off the bill, but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We likely won't be back.

Underwhelming would be one word to sum up this visit. You could tell nothing was fresh, shrimp looked like they just thawed out. The stir fry rice noodle was a thick overpowering sauce they dumped over tough seafood and rice noodles. We had to ask for new rice, and the server tried to explain that's how it's cooked. I actually had to tell him it was crunchy, dry white rice and then he was willing to fix it. My husband had the short rib and that was okay but everything else was gross. I have not had such a bad dinner and so disappointed because it used to be a good spot with a nice view of downtown. Drinks were fine. Do not come here thinking they will be making good food, fine for a drink, but wouldn't trust anything else. Overpriced and gross , so many better choices in downtown allentown. We will not be back.

Started with the calamari. Tasted like it might have been air fried, im guessing. Breading was mushy and the meat was chewy. Got the short ribs for dinner. They were burnt, dry, cold, and zero taste of any wine braise. The sauce on top was bitter and off tasting. The mash potatoes and asparagus were cooked correctly but cold. The restaurant is beautiful though. They have a good beer and wine selection if you were going for an after work drink

Where do I start? My mom has been wanting to eat at this place so I booked a table for her Birthday dinner. Party of six. We walk in and the place is empty. Red flag number one. We waited a few minutes for our table to be set up even though we booked Over A WEEK in advance! Finally seated.... Only one other 2 person table in the entire restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes until the waitress approached our table, which seemed very long considering there are only six entrees to choose from. Only one vegetarian option for one of my daughters, and it wasn't anything she would eat. They made no effort to offer her anything else, "maybe try a salad?" Suggested the mostly absent waitress. My kid got an appetizer which consisted of a blob of tasteless cheese and bread hard enough to crack teeth. Drinks took forever and if there was vodka in my martini, i'll take back this review. We were given two tiny plates of edamame in a sweet sauce, which wasn't bad, but no plates to put the shells on. Only after we ate it and piled the shells on our linen napkins were plates delivered. No dinner rolls tonight I guess. Then... nothing for about 15 minutes. I went to the empty bar for a glass of wine where i found the bartender leaning against the bar, engulfed in her phone. We finally ordered. Appetizers: fried calamari and pork belly. The calamari tasted ok but the breading was mushy. The pork belly was juicy and tender. Isn't it supposed to be crunchy yumminess? Now the entrees. Mom got the ribs which resembled a mound of overcooked roast beef that was overcooked in a dry crockpot. No taste whatsoever. She pawned it off on my son-in-law who pretty much eats any and all things in large quantities, especially meat. He slowly pushed it back to my mom. My oldest daughter ordered a thai noodle bowl with seafood. She picked out the seafood and left the tasteless noodles which suspiciously resembled angel hair pasta. My husband got the pork chop. He was too busy watching the shenanigans to really eat. He did like the Brussel sprouts. My son-in-law got the chicken parm which was so so. I can certainly make a better chicken parm in my own kitchen for much less cost. I got the filet which was fatty. Being a steak connoisseur, I know it was not filet. They did get the temp right. Their homemade steak sauce tasted like someone dumped club soda in duck sauce. I asked for A1 and was given a mostly empty bottle of it. The potatoes were supposed to be truffle flavored yukon smashed. They tasted like canned new potatoes. We all gave up at this point, asked for the check. They FORCED a 22% gratuity on an almost $400 bill. We paid it gracefully, ready to take our leave. A man in a chef coat stopped by our table to ask how everything went. My husband bellows "Excellent" because that is his character. Everyone else averted their eyes. I spoke up, as I tend to do and politely explained our experience. His solution.... He offered the birthday girl a free desert to which she politely declined. We got the heck out of there. Skip this place. I could have made a beautiful dinner for a fraction of the price. But Sunday is chore day and I didn't want to cook. My bad....

Ordered a salmon handheld sandwich that was falling apart. Also would have liked a cocktail list. I just ordered a regular vodka soda which I drink at home. would have like something else to choose from.

We really liked the restaurant but our waiter was not very attentive. We had to ask for more olive oil and water. He never asked us about our meal or if we needed anything or is we wanted dessert.

Not a good dining experience. We had wings that weren’t crispy in the least- fatty. For mains we had salads with chicken and salmon. Chicken was cooked hours before and rubbery. I asked for salmon well and it came out medium rare. We don’t send food back and for a place like this we were surprised and disappointed.

Take your money to Grille 3501. Our experience was a mixed bag. The service was decent. Our server was very nice. Polite and well-mannered (Stanley). However, the food and drinks did not meet expectations. We waited 15 minutes for drinks, and the Cranberry Old Fashioned I got did not have a cranberry flavor at all. We ordered the brussel sprouts, acancini, calamari, and the burger. We ordered it medium and it came out well-done. See for yourself in the picture. Also, the lettuce was obviously bad. See the pictures. The calamari was a bit chewy and could have been fried better. The star of the night? The brussel sprouts. We didn't even bother with dessert because of how let down we were with the whole experience. Also, we were sat up by the window. Great view! But, it was not very warm. The heat was turned off and it was 23° outside (winter).
