Tried having a drink and some appetizers before a Phantoms game. I say tried, cause after waiting over 5 minutes to just put our name in for seating, we left. No one else was waiting, the two ladies manning the check in area were just too busy talking to actually acknowledge us. Couple behind us was frustrated as well. This restaurant is connected to the PPL Center so I've had their crab fries many times. They are amazing and come with a cheesy dipping sauce. I love them! When I went for dinner before a game, I had quite a different experience. They had a lobster roll special. The crab salad was flavorless and boring. We arrived at 5:15 prior to a Phantoms game. We were quoted there was a 30 min wait. That’s fine....however, that turned into a 60 min wait because customers waited at their tables till 6pm till the arena doors opened. Our server, Natalie, greeted us hurriedly and said she’d be back.
