If you have an important event coming up and are thinking of hiring The Udder Bar, I urge you to choose another company.
This weekend my brother was married. The beautiful couple chose to forego the traditional cake for their guests and booked The Udder Bar to bring their truck. They put a great deal of planning into their wedding and reception and were very excited for the dessert, the ice cream truck.
It was a hot July day, near 100 degrees, at an outside venue. There were many small children in attendance as well and all were very excited about the treat. The time for the truck to arrive came and passed. My mother, the mother of the groom, was growing increasingly upset as the two hours they were scheduled to arrive and serve guests was passing quickly and no one arrived. I managed to reach the owner, Mike, after I contacted the shop and asked them if they intended to keep the contract they made to serve my brother's wedding. Mike was available in a matter of minutes, extremely concerned that people may give him bad reviews. Not at all concerned that he may have ruined a young couple's wedding.
Mike claimed he never showed up because the bride wasn't answering her phone, during her wedding ceremony. However, this was one of many lies Mike told to try to cover the fact that he simply did not show up to provide the service he agreed to. He also claimed no one tried to contact him, although the mother of the groom called regularly and was able to reach no one. He also claimed he was there at 430 in the afternoon. He also claimed he never had the address. He also claimed that he would come to the event at 9 pm, an hour before it ended and over two hours late for his contracted time.
Rather than be truly apologetic, Mike proceeded to scream and curse at the mother of the groom and the bride herself, moving her to the point of tears on her wedding day. When he was asked to leave because all the children were gone and only 10% of the attendees were still present, he argued about it because he didn't want negative reviews online. This is what he said to the very upset wedding party, with absolutely zero concern for the disappointment and chaos he brought to what was meant to be the most important day of a young couple's life together.
While writing this review, my twelve year old also reminded me that in the past, while at a benefit for a local animal rescue, a young girl brought her gift card to the ice cream truck. They refused to allow her to use it, even though it said on the gift card itself that it was usable at the truck. They said they changed their policy and rather than honor the terms on their own gift card, they sent a small child away crying because she couldn't buy ice cream with her gift card.
This company is poorly run by unethical and unprofessional individuals. They do not care about their customers or honoring their contracts or policies. They have no concern for their customers and would rather leave them in tears than honor their commitments.
Please, if you have an event coming up, choose a different company. The Udder Bar does not deserve your business.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Udder Bar at our wedding. We confirmed in April for their service from 7-9 PM, explicitly agreeing with the owner, Mike, on this time after he initially pushed for 4-7 PM. Despite this, Mike claimed he was at our venue at 4 PM, but no one saw him. When we realized at 7:25 PM that they hadn’t arrived, we frantically contacted them. They finally showed up after 9 PM and were shockingly rude, yelling in my wife’s and mother’s faces, which is completely unacceptable. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for our agreement ruined a special moment. We will never use Udder Bar again and strongly caution others against booking them.

Been here plenty of times and the bubble waffle is for sure the best in the area. However, the best thing on the menu is the Yamtastic Bubble Waffle. This has to become part of their permanent menu or I’ll cry 😭. Literally the only thing I’ve had from their menu that needs no tweaks and is perfect the way it is. Pls. Leave it on the menu.

Magnificent Manager Veronica and All-Star Team Rosa, Olivia, Gianna, Alyssa, and those we haven't met yet, treated us like royalty. The vegan options are scrumptious. This is gourmet ice cream at its finest.

I was there waiting for almost an hour waiting in line for someone to take my order. There was only one employee doing everything,she was taking orders then preparing the orders and other employees would pass by her and nobody helped her but it was so hot that I waited. The line was long but since we were seeing how this employee was trying her best to do everything by herself the people on the line were understanding and waited . After an hour another employee helped her. I waited an hour and 20 minutes for just one ice cream in a cone.
The udder bar is amazing, the ice cream is always fresh and you can taste the love they put into their job, i refuse to go anywhere else!

J did a phenomenal job. Took my full order (3 kids and 4 adults) by memory, during a rush, while simultaneously refilling things. She smiled the entire time, and was very personable. The ice cream is delicious but such exceptional service is what makes sure we come back all the time.

Absolutely amazing ice cream and I come by so often. But today was really special. I came by and my tap on my phone wasn't working and we struggled to get it to work. The kind lady behind the counter kindly paid for me and I couldn't have had a better experience there.
