First stop was for a DoorDash pickup. Told 5 more minutes. Took 10 minutes to get that. While I delivered the order, placed an order for my niece. When I arrived, waited 5 minutes-again told 5 minutes. That was pushed up to 3 minutes. Not enough people working on Black Friday at dinner time! Poorly managed.

Great decoration and space. However, the ice cream is not as good as expected. Flavors are not unique from each other and taste the same. They are too sweet!

Struggling because I really like this place but I order on Uber eats/doordash all the time, the same exact order, and it comes different all the time. Half the time the toppings I add and pay extra for aren’t on and/or the toppings they do give they’re super stingy. Other times it comes perfect with tons of the correct toppings. Consistency would be great.
this place is amazing always nice and clean and they have employees there that are very welcoming love it will come back again

I love the udder bar! The ube flavor is so unique and my favorite. They have a variety of flavor choices, with some seasonal rotations. All very tasty! There are also a decent amount of toppings and sauces to choose from. I really enjoy the $5 birthday gift with the rewards program. My sister always insists on going when she visits from out of state and that helps me earn more rewards too. There is always a line, and it can be slow, but not the employees fault the place is popular and people want to try a sample first. Employees do their best to make sure the line moves and they are always friendly.

Ice cream is usually good but they have Terrible customer service. We placed an online order to be picked up. We have an allergy in the family and always asked to have the items labeled so we know what each item is. We arrived and our order had not even been started despite us arriving about 10 minutes after the arrival time we were given. The employees then proceeded to loudly state that they did not want to complete our order because we wanted them label and they thought it was stupid and said they didn’t even know or care what the allergy was. They continued to make comments and laugh about it the entire time they were making our order. Completely rude and unneeded
