Let me start by saying don't ever feel obligated to tip, not at a place like an ice cream shop. Saturday night my husband and I went to dinner then came here for ice cream, i love their ice cream. Anyway my husband got a shake, i got a bubble waffle cone with 2 scoops of vanilla. The girl that took our order, was very nice at first, no problem. She brings my husband's shake, it wasnt exactly right, we didn't complain he took it as is then we go to pay while i waited for my bubble cone to be made. Now when you pay you have an option to tip, we spent $18 on our 2 items, now I didnt see the need to have to tip so we didn't. After the girl saw we didn't tip her whole attitude changed, she disappeared for a few minutes came back, i saw her making my order and when she brought it to me, this cone had 2 baby size scoops of vanilla ice cream. The person in charge was busy making an order (it was a Saturday night) so i didn't bother to complain and have them fix it,I decided to write this review instead. So because she didn't get a tip this girl served me a cone she KNEW wasn't acceptable, because even my husband said she was watching for my reaction after she handed me my cone. Ugly petty behavior for such a pretty young lady. I'll be sure and avoid her next time around. A tip is earned when it is deserved.
My husband just left there with a very bad experience, I have been visiting this place for more than a year because I love it and I love it, but the customer service in the last few days, especially today, was horrible, apparently the girl has not Had a good day but the client is not to blame. She treated him very badly and made him feel like he was bothering her. In fact, the store was empty, so you could take your time serving this customer and nothing would happen. I have been working in customer service for more than 8 years and I know that we are always in good spirits but we had a very bad experience today from a place that I love!

Found a mnm in my vegan milkshake with oreo. ? for 8.46 at at least expect my dietary preference to get more care.Dietary restrictions: Milkshake machine either doesn't get cleaned or not careful with scooping toppings. Do no recommend getting anything blended if vegan
We tried bubble waffle with strawberry icecream. They prepared fresh waffle and it taste delicious. This was the best icecream I have ever had. It's was a 10/10. We drove over an hour from Harrisburg to try this icecream and it was definitely worth it and will visit again. The best icecream in town for sure.
