Update- I was contacted by Wao burger and quickly received a solution. We will be ordering again ?Ok. I work the night shift, and before I look up it's too late to order anything in the area. Found this online last night and got excited. I'm Hispanic, so I loved the options in addition to burgers and sammies. We ordered, and it was a bit of a wait but nothing more outrageous than other joints. I want to say right away the food was fantastic! Magic burger and cheesesteak, fries crunchy and yummy, and the quality of meat is top. You can tell. But there was a lot of food we didn't get. Half the order didn't arrive- and for the price, it was something I would NOT overlook. Plus I wanted my empanadas! I called the number on Google with no answer and tried to chat online with the business with no answer. I hope this will get a response to rectify the issue. I really want to give more stars and keep ordering.

Ordered Salchipapas....definitely not im used to getting...had cabbage and bbq on it on the sausage was charred hard not enjoyable....ive ordered quite a few times and never ever received this in this state as shown in the picture

Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had! The fries are amazing! My son is a regular and I tried it for first time today. I’m glad he insisted!!! Def returning!!!

It had been a while since I got food at Wa and it was my favorite and best experience ever. The chimchuri dog is unreal. Carmalized cabbage??!?! I thought it was carmalized onions. It was a pleasure to speak to Dan and the staff tonight killed it. I was put off before by the food quality and I can say 100% now, I will be back.
WAO burger more like WOW burger. This was the best damn burger I ever had. Everything was amazing except for the fries.

I usually order from here all the time but after this incident, I’m not too sure I’ll come back at all. My crazy fries had some sort of plastic wrapper in it. That is outright disgusting. I’m disappointed.

DONT try this place. the food was not good at all, very small tough overcooked reheated patty, the cheese on top was burnt to a removable crisp, the buns and everything else was covered in burnt stuff from the anti ocky way nasty grill, the fries had burnt and crusty membrane looking stuff in it I thought I was served alien waste material. The sauces were average and did not compensate whatsoever. This food truck had us stand outside in a very dirty waiting area right next to a bar with seemingly no rules... It was definitely not worth a 2 HOUR WAIT for a chum bucket burger.

The food was mid and the service was horrible, everybody that came after us was served and given there food before us. Just utterly disappointing. They clearly don't care about there job or what they're doing
