I hate to give any Wawa under five stars, usually the staff always works really hard, the food is above average, etc. my main problem with this drive-thru is the selection. I've visited maybe five times since they opened and three out of five times I hear "I'm sorry, we don't have that at this location." One was a coffee dispenser drink, another was hoagie options, the first was a slushy. This location never seems to have a line, which can be good, but I think it's an indication that the shortcomings of the location don't make it one to visit frequently. The staff on the other hand, has always been extremely pleasant! I've always had a good experience even when the items I came for are not available.

This store is odd. I was waiting at the Trexlertown Transit Center next door just wanted a coffee. When I walked over I wasn't quite sure how to order, so I stood outside looking confused. Fortunately staff came out, gave me a paper menu, and served me while standing on the sidewalk. Staff was really friendly, but it definitely seems like Wawa needs to think harder about pedestrians here. A proper walk-up window would go a long way.

I’ve been here twice now, and it’s been great. I usually have kids in my car, and it’s such a hassle to unload everyone from car seats when I just want coffee or something quick. I’m not wild about the Wawa app, so this is way better than the mobile ordering and parking for me. I can’t understand the fussiness from some other reviewers. If you’re looking for more customization with your food, there is a normal Wawa two minutes down the road. I was able to get great coffee and fresh sizzli’s with no fuss and it was awesome. Super friendly staff too.
Cold food served by stingy hands.*They nickle and dime you for everything, all while "accidentally" overcharging you.*Burger was tiny and cold when we got it*They crush your fries by closing box cover in an attempt to serve you a few less fries, and oh, they were also cold.

This wawa recently opened and has not had a huge line like another restaurant we know every time I pass by. And I have been here once before today, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Alexia. She worked the drive thru window when I went through and she is so kind! She may have seen I was nervous (idk really she may do this for everyone) but I had a job interview, and she left a note in with my order that reminded me to not be hard on myself. Thank you Alexia!

This wawa has a lot to work out. It took a long time for I ordered a shorti ham and cheese with bacon and extra cheese. I got a large ham and cheese with bacon in a bowl and 2 slices of cheese in a bag. I will just use a regular wawa.

The stupidest wawa I have ever seen, I had a sugar emergency with my pills. I forgot them at home, I was taking the bus in front, I wanted to order something and they denied it, I told them I can order it online, they told me if you don't have it car we can't sell you anything, that wawa should be closed it's taking up space a good business you could be there
