Not really worth it the only thing we liked was our milkshakes but the burgers and fries weren't even fresh and we ate in the store the fries were cold and so was the burger and it's way too expensive.
Decided to try out this place since we really wanted a good burger. We placed our order on the kiosk. No one greeted us or acknowledged that we were there. We got two burgers and two sides. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. While we were waiting I kept saying why not give us our drinks while we wait? It was us and one other customer waiting so it wasn’t jammed pack. When they finally gave us our drinks and food I noticed it was cold. I’m confused thinking cause it took so long to make it will sure be hot and fresh. I took a bite of the cheese curds which were over cooked almost burnt and cold. The fried pickles were the same. I picked up my burger and it was so soggy that the bread fell apart. I touched the burger meat and it was cold. Not even warm. Like it had been sitting out not under a warm lamp. My boyfriend’s burger was cold and soggy as well. He never complains about food and this was the first time he didn’t eat his food. This was extremely disappointing since the prices are expensive. We chose not to say anything and just left. I would most likely not return or recommend. I’ve had better burgers at McDonald.

Ew! Never going back to this place again! Got a cheese steak and french fries and a milkshake because the person taking the order at the register was eavesdropping on our conversation! He got the milkshake wrong because he didn’t listen to what I actually wanted, which was a chocolate brownie milkshake…so he changed my milkshake to what he thought he heard and didn’t confirm and then my cheesesteak had one little sliver of meat in it with cheese like somebody ate all of the meat out of the sandwich before serving it and I had to fill the roll with french fries. I had a bad experience complaining about food, so I never take the food back to the servers and have any kind of confrontation with them. I just don’t return and give any more business.

Food is good, but really overpriced.
We ate in on Sept 1st, took forever (talking like 20-30+ minutes) for our food to come out. Turns out they gave our food to another table and didn't realize the mistake for every bit of 15-20+ minutes. They were apologetic, but no extra compensation (like an onion ring or milkshake). Reached out to corporate as well, who gave a very generic response. No need to eat here again since they have terrible service at restaurant and from corporate and overpriced food.

I would not go back. My first impression was there were no customers in the restaurant, and this was at noon.Strong grease smell throughout and overall the place appeared, dirty, windows, and especially the floor, which felt sticky. The food was terrible.

To start off the wait was over 15 minutes and it took 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. There were absolutely no customers inside for it to take that long. The guy at the cash register couldn’t even type $100 into the computer and seemed stoned out of his mind. Paid for the ghost pepper burger to get charged for a cheaper one. Will not be coming back im surprised management allows this.
8/11 worst service I ever experienced as I was waiting a family of 6 got up and ask for a full refund 56 dollars and left their food, three personal white girl and two spanish were laughing, I got the tater-tots the people left behind, the girl apologies 6times beacuse I notice but went back and giggle with the 2 younger kids because I notice what they had done when I got home I threw out my burger, and my wife's cheese stake didn't really have any meat could have been the other families left over sandwiched..beware I don't trust this place anymore. Need older responsible adults what a disgrace.

Ordered through grubhub once again order was wrong and they gave me a regular milkshake when I ordered a brownie shake clearly says it on the receipt. Burgers are definitely not top with me just taste like ground beef seasoned and the onion rings are definitely not crispy they are severely moshy everything was okay not excellent like the website and menu makes them look also the burgers look like they were just smashed right into the wrappers. Will probably not order from here again

It’s really a whipped cream drink with a little milkshake. Disappointed that it’s not filled. Made so early before food ready that it’ll be liquid cream til I get home. Sticky floors- awful. Not sure I’ll be back
