Usually good, but they slowed down this time. They were busy serving a college basketball team that was in town to play Muhlenber College.
Today I went to Wendy’s at 3:45 and went to the drivethru and a sweet girl I think her name was Stacy, I couldn’t figure out what to eat so I asked her if she recommended anything for me to try.

One of the absolute worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to and I am not talking about Wendy’s the food at Wendy’s I absolutely adore, but this particular location is so bad. It’s a joke. I finally given up on ordering Wendy’s off of DoorDash because it always delivers from this location and let me give you a bit of the experience. The bread is hard and stale. The food is ice cold and mind you the commute from that Wendy’s to my house is not far whatsoever and even The sodas are completely flat. I mean, how does no one ever realize this and say “hey our soda machine is completely flat. Let’s fix this “
If you want stale food, flat soda, then definitely go to this Wendy’s. Save yourself and go to the one on Hamilton blvd instead

In that store there are racist people and I saw how they humiliated a young lady who When she came out I asked her name and she told me her name was Verónica but because she was Latina they humiliated her ugly and every time I go there she is the only person I see making the sandwiches from the front and from the drivethru RACISTS IN WENDYS AND EVERYTHING I SAW I WILL TO REPORT

I was in line with two other cars, I was second out of the three. They served the first car and refused myself+ the car behind me (who were already in line) saying they were closed. It was 12:45am and they close at 1am. The team member who informed me was very snarky about it and got very defensive when questioned why did they serve the car in front when they very well could see the other 2 cars well in line before being "closed".
Very inconsiderate considering I came off the highway in search of a late dinner on my way back to NJ. No wonder why the ratings are so low here. Corporate must be so proud of this restaurant. Customer Service gets an F. I hate to leave bad reviews but this one asked for it.
