I understand $5 isn't much to ask for when it comes to a bacon egg n cheese. However I would like it not to be burnt or taste stale so early in the morning. Took one bite, the rest of it is in the trash. :( good thing I'm super rich to afford better breakfast. Pls do better.

They can’t stop getting orders incorrect. For the past few weeks anytime I ordered from this Wendy’s, my order would either be incorrect or have items missing. Not to mention the fact that my food has either been over cooked or cold by the time I got it and when I called to let them know about how my food was incorrect, whoever took the call was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I am definitely not ordering from here again.

This place is sucks they should have a door open to pick up food delivery for drivers like uber eats and others every fast food that close at 10 pm at the stores we have to wait a long time drive thru and sometimes the food not ready or they cancel it and waste me and driver time as gasoline and no fare for us as a driver they should have a person to attending food delivery driver separate or a door pin lock to open the doors

Would give zero everything i in there they are slow maybe a another customer or empty and service is so slow and yet food comes cold. I tried to understand waiting for someone to explain to me to make sense to me. Also when new things comes out so happens they don't got months later! More like they just don't want to make it! 🙄

Workers should pay attention to the orders. Place an order , was given the wrong change, had to go back cause they forgot to give the drink and went I got home an incomplete order so I paid for a messed up order, never again.

I remember coming here I just ordered a frosty and fries they said the machine was broken I said I'd do a charge back if I can't get a refund and they told me to pull around and handed me my frosty and fries.

I was using the mobile app. The deal I decided to use in the app stated it was to expire February 17, 2025 which is in 2 days from today. I let the male employee know at the speaker and he proceeded to take my order until the female employee rudely interrupted stating they no longer accept the deal. I told her what the app says and she said they haven’t accepted the offer for a couple weeks now. I’m pregnant, hungry, and confused as to why the app and employees are not in sync -.-

Ordered 2 baconator fries, large chili, baconator biggie bag. Got 2 large plain, soggy, and cold fries, 1 small plain cold and soggy fries, a baconator with no cheese, no ketchup, no bacon. And 3 super overcooked chicken nuggets. 😒

They serve old food and then have attitude when you want your food remade. It’s puzzling to me that they get offended after you spend $10-$25 on meals that aren’t fresh as if they would accept the food that they are serving Absolutely the worst Wendy’s in the Lehigh Valley.
