I dont understand how you can open for business and not have change. They are only taking cards and they don't tell you till you get to the window to pay. That doesn't work for me. No more wendys for me!

I ordered online at 12 show up to pickup my order and they closed early to put the truck away. Needless to say the line of traffic waiting to place a quick order? Yeah I told them about what happened too.

By far the worst Wendy’s ever the food was awful. I ordered a wrap and it was solid cold. My son‘s chicken nuggets were almost burnt . While I was waiting to be served, I had about three workers, just staring at me not one of them asked if I was being helped The young female from the back had to come out and take my order. The entire drinking machine was completely empty this place should honestly just be closed down
Literally if you want fresh food don’t go here !!! The bread is always dry &’ rough . They don’t even bother to fill the fries up . Fries are hardly ever fresh even if you ask for fresh fries . Nuggets are always old &’ dried out . If you complain employees catch attitudes &’ throw food at you through the window and even threaten customers . So if you like Wendy’s , you have a better chance of going to the one on union blvd . Wish that wasn’t the case because it’s close &’ convenient . But convenience is not the case when your order doesn’t come out the way you order it

If a district mgr would show up in afternoon regretfully most would be let go or docked pay. Short handed or not a cleaned up dining area is an absolute must! drinks spilled everywhere food laying all over. Been there prior that teens running playing tag almost knocking over patrons. Lost me... Sad south mall Wendy's closed. I left cause of the mess. Besides somehow this store spicy chicken meat is consistentlyone third the size as south mall.

The visit was fine. The building was next to some run down building. The inside was nice and looked up to date like it was remodeled. The ppl there were great the food came pretty fast. The fries and nuggets were the best fresh out the fryer but the burger on the other hand sucked it was as if it was premade and sat for a good bit. But what do you expect fast food is a gamble. Could be fresh could be cold. But that didn't deter me if I had to eat there again I would. It wasn't packed and it was very clean inside
