I came here a few weeks ago and they told me they were out of french fries so I did not order anything. I’m leaving for the second time in a month because I do not have exact cash to give them. I told him I have cash but they said I need exact cash. Come on! It’s always something with this Wendy’s

Got here at 10pm says they are opened till 11 it is now 1015 waiting at the drive window order computer looks like it’s off. Don’t understand why they say open till 11 if they are already closed

Ordered 2 10 piece nuggets meals, a kids nugget meal and a hamburger and was told to wait in the parking lot because it was a “big order”. Proceeded to wait over 10 minutes and no one came out. Had to go in and get the food myself and it was cold. Stay away from this Wendy’s.

Food poisoning. Throwing up all night. Refried fry’s to make the hot again and the meat was so old I had one bite and was done. This Wendy’s is does not represent all Wendy’s that’s for sure. Garbage. Will not be eating Wendy’s for a long time.

The Wendy’s off of Lehigh street is trash! The service is trash so ghetto not only that they keep asking to have exact change in order to make a purchase! Close it down or rehire a whole new team!

At this Wendy’s at 8 PM on a Tuesday they let you know that they only take exact change for your order so the employees in there no matter what grade they’re in can’t count to give you back your proper change so you have to have exact coins to pay for your meal and they don’t take any type of Credit card debit card electronic payment for all that they might as well close the store because what makes sense if your people can’t count why are you even hiring them? I blame this on the Allentown school district. No child left behind. No one can count kindergarten education only but in the 12th grade.

They are doing something shady like fraud. Ordered in drive through today. They said the order was $9.49 and receipt at the next window. I asked again at next window and they said they don't have amd they charges my card $11.99 plus wrong order!!! They didn't give me pinneapple sauce and instead of large fries I got medium. Not the first time they did that with the payment thing!! Never going there again.
