By far the worst Wendy’s I have ever, ever, ever been to. The workers look missable, the lady at the register just starred at me instead of saying “can I help you”. I waited about 20 mins with the place empty. Nothing good to say at all, manager needs to be fired for letting this place be so bad.

Came to this location for a quick bite, didn't happen. Two people in front of me plus one waiting on her order. About 15min of waiting I get to the counter, totally ignored by the cashier. The woman waiting was handed her food without a comment from the cashier and cashier disappeared. Waited another 5min or so and still no cashier (others doing what they needed to do). People who were in front of me were still waiting on their orders. Don't like wasting my time on staff and facility, went elsewhere and was waited on promptly. If I could give zero stars for this location I would.

The lunchtime Mgmt. on Tuesday, May 27 at this 4688 Broadway location appears corrupt. I used my phone app for a free french fry if spending at least five dollars I got two burgers which added up to over six dollars. The cashier said their system didn’t take their phone app coupon, scan, and told the manager. The two of them decided tough luck, though the error is completely on their end. That sounds corrupt that sounds like breach of service or a type of stealing or whatever the correct aspect is, but it’s despicable in principle

The girl was so slow to take my order. I waited 20 minuts to try to order a burger. Ended up leaving and went to Mc Donalds to get a burger. I will never eat at wendys again.

I went through the drive-thru literally 12 minutes ago and I have an ice cold Burger. I can't believe they passed this off as actual food. Never again

They can’t stop getting orders incorrect. For the past few weeks anytime I ordered from this Wendy’s, my order would either be incorrect or have items missing. The employees are incredibly unprofessional and rude when told an order was incorrect. I am definitely not ordering from here again.

This place is dirty. The staff were preparing food with no hair nets and some weren’t wearing gloves. Those who were preparing while wearing gloves were also touching their uniforms, their hair, their faces. Disgusting. Everyone in food service knows that your hair is supposed to be at least in a bun with a hair net covering the head hair AND facial hair. Neither were used. Like I said, disgusting. Never getting food from a place that doesn’t train their employees to use proper food etiquette or ServSafe training.

Fries were super salty!!!
This is absolutely the worst!!! The drive through takes forever, they do one vehicle at a time. I ordered a single and a small fry. Got a cheeseburger and no fries. Won’t be going back!

I don't know what it is typically for a fast food Burger Wendy's is okay that particular destination of Wendy's is deplorable. Go to another one
I just ordered a baconator meal, my fries were cold and one of my burgers were 95% raw. I'm not able to upload the picture but these young people have to pay attention to what they're doing. They didn't have a lot of help because I asked when I got to the window. I had to wait a good while to place my order. Hopefully I don't get sick.
