My family of 3 went through the drive thru for a quick lunch around 11:30am. There was only a truck in front of us. They seemed to have waited awhile before their order was placed. It took maybe 3 minutes until our order was placed at drive thru and my diet soda was very very flat. I think they were just having technical difficulties bc the food was AWESOME. We got the 5$ biggie bags. Our bacon cheese burgers were awesome and put together nicely. French fries and nuggets were hot crispy, and fresh. I would truly give 5 stars if my diet Coke wasn't flat!! Customer service was great!! We prefer Wendy's over any other fast food!!

I am not usually a complainer, but the third time is a charm after three times recieving my food cold. I finally took it back. It happened at different times of day and most recent, barely busy.I used to rate Wendy's better than Mcdonalds , I am no longer thinking this way.

The people here are friendly. The food comes out correct.It's just always a ridiculously long wait. Tonight: 19 minutes to get Frosties at 7:30 p.m.This spot is convenient for me and beats driving to a different location. I also like the folks here. If my daughter didn't love Frosties, though, it's unlikely I'd ever come.

The app for this location says they are open until 1 AM, as does this Google page (and it says confirmed by business a week ago?), but the door and the employees say they are only open until 12 AM. I placed an online order through the app a little after 12 and arrived a few minutes later. Before I had the chance to get there my order was marked as "picked up" and I got a notification thanking me for picking up my order, which I had not. When I arrived, I was told the store was closed. I attempted to connect with the app live chat, which for whatever reason is not available 24/7, and I look up and see the employees pointing and laughing at me. I pull up to the drive-thru window and ask to speak with someone who can help refund my order since they are not able to make the food, as they were closed. Both employees stood and yelled at me through the closed door with their headphones in, not listening to what I was saying. I had to pull up my phone and show them the order, and the one eventually took out his headphones, listened to what I was saying, and finally got the manager. The manager came to the window and yelled at me asking what I needed, and I explained the situation, saying I had placed an order through the app and it was marked as picked up although I didn't pick it up myself, and I didn't need the food, just a refund. He said they were closed since 12, which I understood, and again asked only for a refund on the order. He yelled "I can't do that. It's a MOBILE. ORDER." as if I would know that, I don't work for Wendy's. All in all, I'm less disappointed about the fact that the store was closed but the app allowed me to place an order anyway, and way more disappointed in the terrible service I received. Super disappointing to see how downhill this place has gone over the year that I've worked nearby.

Waited nearly 5 minutes for my order to be taken, counterperson was busy chatting with others. Counterperson also did not know how to enter the code from the Wendy's app for payment. Kept telling me I had to tap my phone which is not correct. She seemed annoyed and was not very pleasant after that. I explained to her that my gift cards are added to the app. She said whatever.

We had a great meal, super kind service! Prices were, I think, steep! We paid $18.00 for a bottle of water, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a burger (no meals) plus a large frie!!!
