Food was okay. Service was great. Our waitress was awesome. I got a ribeye steak. Didn't have much of a taste. For $59.00 i wasn't impressed. My wife got the salmon. She said it was good. She ordered it blackened but it came out plain. Total dinner cost us @$100 person. For that kind of money i expected better.

We had a very lovely dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. This is our go to restaurant for celebrations and it never disappoints. Our waitress , Caitlyn was very sweet and attentive and made excellent cocktail recommendations. We were also surprised that my husband was given a slice of cake on the house with a little chocolate Happy Birthday sign on it and a lit candle, no fuss but special just the same. It is a little pricey but worth it. I would recommend The Westside Grill to anyone looking for a great meal in a classy restaurant.
We were very disappointed that the Thanksgiving dinner was a buffet. We went last year and loved our turkey dinner. This year was more expensive and a buffet. The service was terrible, I was done with my meal by the time our drinks came. If we had known it was a buffet we would not have reserved this as we had two 90 year olds with us. $65.00 pp was too much!
Thanksgiving buffet was mediocre. Halibut was hard and way over cooked, tenderloin was very tough, but primarily was fantastic. The rest was lukewarm foods. Not impressed at all for the value. One server named Mary, who was very convincing when explaining the tip situation, put a auto tip on a party of three saying to them its what we do for larger parties!! They sat right next to us. And she, the customer asked me if this is true, I replied get a manager, because that is not stated or true anywhere on the menu or online for a party of 3 lol. Ummm its 3 ppl!! Our server said oh, Definately not. Its for much larger parties which I can see. Food wasn't up to expectations at all. We dined here a few times and this food was not their standard. Live and learn I guess!
The bread was delicious with a wonderful texture.

Food here is excellent and some of the best fine dining in the Lehigh Valley but is relaxed and unpretentious. This restaurant has supplanted other long standing options in the region for our family.
Serving staff is very flexible and courteous. Everything was flavorful from the bread basket to the affrogatto. Clean beer taps make a difference and this restaurant attends to that very closely.
Sandwiches are wonderful but the French Dip stands out. The steaks are well presented and cooked to proper temperature. Seafood is oddly on point given the geography of the Lehigh Valley.
The restaurant is well managed and inside a Hyatt hotel. I mentioned to my Hyatt Globalist concierge that the food here is superior to the menu at their flagship Park Hyatt in NYC. I know this is the hottest of takes but it's probably the best hotel restaurant in the entire Mid-Atlantic region.
We had many special occasions celebrated here and there is great recognition of your celebration. I was shocked when the bartender looked into my hotel account and successfully mixed the cocktail listed as my favorite despite missing one crucial ingredient.
I was derelict in taking over a year to post this review since our wedding celebration here. Shout out to Bella the server for handling our special day. You are a credit to the Hyatt brand and it's commitment to welcoming anyone into their properties.

Wait staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is over the top, delicious and so much of it. And the dessert bar, well we loved every bite. Great place.
To be inside a Hyatt hotel, this restaurant is hoping and every staff member knows some of them....takes time to get to know you and is attentive. The food is delicious! Def recommend! Lobster bisque was the best!

Food was fresh and tasted great, service was great, and it looks like it could be a nice romantic place to go. I only say this because not sure how restaurants do their seating, but we've been to this restaurant 3 times and have been seated in their party room, which is away from the restaurant.
Good local place. Their linguine bolognese and filet mignon are my favorite.
