I ordered one American sandwich and waited a full 30 minutes without receiving it. I eventually had to cancel and go back to work. If you’re going to offer lunch, I expect a simple sandwich not to take 30 minutes and still not be done

What a FIND! Laura and CIA trained chef Bobby are the wonderful owners of this place. The food is NEXT LEVEL! I've had the hot roast beef sandwich w/onion rings. The sandwich was so flavorful and tasty, and those onion rings literally CRUNCHED in my mouth for every bite! I came back the very next day to try their breakfast special which is 2 eggs, bacon, hash brown patties and toast. They took this simple sounding breakfast and made it sing! They pride themselves using fresh ingredients & quality food. They also go above & beyond in the service department! Everyone is greeted with a smile and a warm conversation. They make everyone feel appreciated! Run don't walk...this place is a rare gem!

I have had the privilege of patronizing the Winsor Deli on off over the last 10 to 15 years. I must say the new owners, Laura and Bobby, not only offer some of the best breakfast sandwiches/foods I’ve ever had but just give such great Customer Service and genuinely care about what they do and their customers. I was only there for a few minutes, but I had such a great conversation with Laura, who generally cared about what I was talking about. From a food standpoint, the breakfast smash burger and bacon, egg and cheese sandwich are to die for. I cannot wait to go back, which will probably be again this week!
