I'm writing this because I keep getting my order incorrectly done. I always ask what comes on their sandwich because it is not listed under the name. When I get told how ever I like. It's my understanding that what I say is what's going to be on it. I always ask for a pain and to eith add cheese to my sandwich. In my head, that is all going to be on the sandwich. For 3 times now, it came with other stuff on it. They did help me out a second time. But this time, I was the only one there. It's hard to find good fresh food, and I do hope they can make those changes, but for now, they are off my lunch rotation.

2nd visit not so good 5/2/24 at 103am.Ordered pastromi special again I think he made it with roast beef. Rye barely toasted if at all. Owner yourbonlybas good as your last sandwich and mist critical make it a great sandwich best way to get customers to come backExcellent Boars head Pastomi sandwich under $10. Didn't know this placed had new business. So far just as good as old Windsor

Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in! The food is made fresh and all very good. I ordered the soup of the day and a Caesar style sandwich. New Owners also! Parked my tractor trailer on the road and ran in. Didn't take longer than 5 minutes to walk out.

New and improved! I decided on a burger and fries today and I'm so glad I did. YUM!!!! The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were crinkle cut and delicious. I'll be back for some homemade soups next time!

Food is decent. Customer service is awful. The middle aged woman at the counter humiliated me in front of customers and accused me of being pregnant, which I’m not. It is extremely rude and unprofessional to comment on another persons body. Will never return here again due to this interaction.

Food is good, pricing is average/a bit high. It would be wonderful if they had a website and posted which homemade soups were being offered that day. I might be apt to visit more often if I knew that (without having to call and ask).

Be prepared to pay for bread. There is another half not pictured but wow. Where’s the meat?! $12 for a piece of bread and a slice of cheese basically. Won’t be coming here again.
