Always so good! Our order was placed on line , but we wanted to eat inside and it was no problem! Order was done early and RIGHT! Shy was so kind and helpful with a few things that did not go through on our order. SMILED!! The people were happy, the food was great..crispy and tasty. I do not know why the emmaus store which is closer to us, is continually just not good, missing parts to our order, food soggy, people rude, store messy, floor sticky. Send them to train over here PLEASE! Just won't bother to go there again. We will make the further trip for the better food, better people and better experience! Great Job! Thank you for a great lunch date with my husband! ( we never get this)

An address was requested, but they initially brought what was not ordered, and then they indicate that it was delivered elsewhere and instead of resolving the issue, they say they will return the money in 2 to 4 days. This is a lack of quality and respect for customers.

Ordered food in store at 7:48, at 8:28 I had to ask for a refund. The manager, Megan, seemed irritated with me and was unapologetic. She could clearly care less. First experience with wingstop in general. Very disappointing. Didn't even get to try the food so can't rate that.

My kids looooove their wings!!!!!! Whenever I don't feel like cooking this is the 🛑 Most important the service is the BEST. Not sure what the manager's name is, I'm sure he's a Taino Puerto Rican.
