Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Never ordering here again.!!! Ordered 15 lemon pepper wings with fries and ended up throwing all the wings away. They looked like they poured all the spice in the restaurant on them.. Too much salt and pepper on them you can't even eat. And the fries were tasteless. I wish these guys would learn from the Wingstops in Philadelphia area

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

To this day–after about 4 years of coming here–I’ve never had a bad experience in this Wingstop. The staff are always super friendly (especially the lady who worked the counter today, 07/19, she was lovely) and the wings are always spot on. The reviews on ‘long wait times’ must have been due to impatience, or coming in at an incredibly busy time and expecting an order to be up in seconds.

It was our first order for my wife's birthday. She wanted classic and I wanted boneless. I picked a 20 boneless wing deal to share with her and my son at home overlooking the word boneless by mistake. But these wings were seemed more breading than chicken, especially the Mexican street wings. The fries were mushy and stuck together and really no flavor. We did not finish them. My son took one bit of his lemon pepper tenders and did not eat the rest of it.
Both of us felt stomach and intestinal cramps after eating from our order on 2 successive nights. No ill will on our part, just think something is going wrong here.

Advertises online that they close at 1 am but the supervisor closes the door at “12” however it’s 12:30 and they’re closed sounds like a bunch of lazy employees that wanna get paid for being at work until 1 am but only working until 12 or 12:30, or lazy manager that can’t update the appropriate operating times. Either way they’re terrible. Can’t leave a ratings for food because I didn’t get any.
