Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

This place ? Love when you place a order to go and the apps tells you that the food is already, you come in and they tell you it's not done so you wait another 15 to 20 mins and you see ur food in the bag and no one tells you its done. So you go and grab it and the manager starts cursing and snapping on you.. really professional. And kept on snapping at you till you leave and have all the workers and customers looking at you. The manger should have felt Embarrassed for doing this. Don't like her job, get a new one, that's all I gotta say. I remember when I worked at food place, you always had to be nice to the customers. It's okay, will call tomorrow and talk to an actual manager and have this dealt with. No customer should ever feel this type of way.

Service was very slow. Seems as though to go orders are prioritized over dine in. Definitely won’t return to this location. Don’t recommend stopping unless you want to hang out for an hour or more for “fast” food.

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.

Definitely a great place to stop and have good eats at , staff is very respectful and care for the customers by any means , check it out sometime if you haven’t you wouldn’t be disappointed, and if a mistake is made they fix it with in minutes no one is perfect and they do anything to make the customers feel satisfied
