pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

Girl at register walked away when we went to order our food. The wings were way too small for the price I paid for them. Most of the soda was out. Atmosphere was great tho.

I should of asked for my receipt. The girl taking my order told us it was going to be 30 minutes for my order. I ordered pickles with my sandwich and I asked for blue cheese. I didn't get it. The order was done in 5 min. I waited outside for my order . When I got my order my fries and chicken were cold. I don't know her name but she works here in the allentown next to red wing. Horrible service. I think she wanted me to have a horrible experience. Its ok , I will never come here again.

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

I placed order 6168777256 at 4:46 PM today it was supposed to have arrived at 5:10 PM when I saw the DoorDash text that it was being delivered by them. It showed the vehicle go in the opposite direction from my home and then stop, I called the number associated with the text seven times no answer. I contacted the store seven times no answer and that was the one at Knoxville Tennessee on Chapman Highway at 5:58 PM, I drove to the store. I walked in and asked to speak to a manager. I explained I hadn’t received my order and I would like a refund the employee standing beside the manager, stated The order was picked up. I showed my phone to the manager that it still had not been delivered because it was tracking, the employee then said I’m not lying. I said I’m not lying either and I told the manager I wanted a refund. I did not get my order. I said I also want your corporate phone number and the district manager‘s name, she copied my information down and said that I should get the refund in 4 to 5 business days again ask again for the corporate number and the district manager’s name she printed off a receipt with the only thing was the website. I have not had an issue ordering from this store before and I ordered it off of the app from Wingstop, I think it was very very inappropriate from the employee and the manager. I even told the manager I don’t think anyone would be happy with this. I only live three minutes behind the store in a subdivision. I am very, very displeased.

Today a man working there named michael was so polite and kind, my friend dropped her wallet and her let her know, I forgot my purse and he came out to the car to tell me, and she was so respectful, he kept eye contact, and he was on top of everything as I watched me greet guests right as they came in.

The wings are just so unbeatably good. I didn’t check the bag and walked out without my veggie sticks and extra ranch, but I called and they found the order and issued a refund for the missing items over the phone. Will definitely be back!

Never ordering here again.!!! Ordered 15 lemon pepper wings with fries and ended up throwing all the wings away. They looked like they poured all the spice in the restaurant on them.. Too much salt and pepper on them you can't even eat. And the fries were tasteless. I wish these guys would learn from the Wingstops in Philadelphia area
