The food got me and my wife ill that very night. Guess that's our fault for trusting their cooking dough topping thats been left out all day in the open air, especially near closing.

All flavors were delicious-but the pineapples were going bad, not sure if it's always like that or because we came in at a late hour of the day. Nonetheless loved it and am definitely coming back!

Female employee was on her phone texting while standing at the register. I was not even acknowledged until a male employee came out and asked if I would like to sample anything. Very unprofessional

I came in at 9:20 to get rolls with my family and the employee declined saying that the rolls were closed. I’ve been here before and it was never an issue. I was told before that they stop serving rolled ice cream at 9:30. The employee went and got his manager who explained that they can do the rolls and the first employee started to make them. The manager was very kind and helpful but the first employee was extremely rude about it and I heard him muttering curses to himself as he was making the rolls we ordered. Very unhappy with his attitude but I’m greatful for the managers customer service.

They close at 9 o clock. But they refuse to make rolls because i was there at 8:40. Very rude manager. I have been there many times but i am really disappointed how they simply refused me for the rolls. I asked them to show me if they have mentioned anywhere that they don’t make rolls after 8:30 and he just excused in a rude way. I am going there anymore.

A Large selection of flavors and toppings very clean store as well. The girl who was working was very busy cleaning and never greeted anyone while I was in the store. Just beware because they charge by the OZ. yes by the OZ. Me and my girlfriend got a medium cup and a large cup with some toppings and total $25.71.

I went to get rolled ice cream and she said the ice cream base wasn't thawed? Usually when they use that it's refrigerated. I think she just said that to me so she didn't have to make the rolled ice cream, what a disappointment.

Went in to get frozen Super disappointed was unable to have some yogurt. The signs on the chair said no seating. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant isn’t there any way they can put some space in? In this way folks can have the frozen yogurt? There was absolutely no one in the yogurt shop ... used to enjoy coming here guess I won’t be able to...
On a separate occasion came here and was told they were closing a bit early for Super Bowl. I guess it’s 630.
Note I even called in advance to ask what flavors they had and I was not advised that they were closing early. Very poor communication.
there’s no indication online or anything and after sitting down for five minutes was asked to leave right after I asked them if it was OK if I stayed for a few minutes he requested that I sit outside on a bench in the cold window. There’s literally ice everywhere outside very inhospitable
So so so good and the lady working there was wonderful! First time going there, would recommend it

I usually love this place somewhere i always went as a child, today was a little different, We walked in and No one was up front with other costumers in the store. finally we start looking at the flavors and a girl approaches us asking if we would like to try any flavors, we say no but thank you, i grab my cup and go to get my ice cream and notice that i put the wrong flavor in my cup(realizing) i try a little bit and i hated it, with less then a tablespoon in my cup i throw it away, and go along to get the flavors i wanted. This girl comes out and scream “ you know we have cameras in the back i saw what you did” i say yes i am sorry i put the wrong flavor in my cup” she then goes and picks my cup out of the Garbage that I threw away and throws it back in loudly, then says don’t waste lce cream, i understand her frustration, I say as she storms back into the back i will gladly pay for it if you want me to, guessing she didn’t hear me, We went up to pay( my total was 2 dollars) I barely put anything else in my cup as i felt as i was being watched, A whole different girl came to check me out she was a sweetheart, I understand the whole do not waste and if you want to taste a flavor they will let us taste it, but how she handle the situation was beyond me, i made a mistake and getting screamed at for a little tablespoon of ice cream is beyond me.
