My cheddar broccoli tasted lousy... it tasted like it the pot was burnt at the bottom while heating it up. I took mine home but threw it out... it's usually good but I may have caught it on an off day...

Soup was good and I've been here many times. Never had a problem until today. The two young ladies working there acted like they didn't want to be there. I got my order ( soup and bread). I needed a knife. I politely waited until they were free and asked for one. The girl threw one down on my tray . He fingerprints were all over the knife; had to wipe it clean. Ok.... then I had to get back to work. I asked ( politely) for a bag and a lid. She gave me a bag. I waited. Finally she said, “ what Else do you want?†DUH- a LID for the soup that I want to take home. Honestly, i know good help is hard to find, but this girl needs to go.

Soup is great. They have 6 varieties that are offered daily and then another 6 rotating soups on top of that. Most of them are good, I really like the chicken enchilada soup and the tomato bisquw. Pretty expensive tho and the sandwiches are just ok. I feel like this place is a flipped version of Panera: amazing soup but mediocre sandwiches.

Staff is always rude to us. We have literally been here multiple times to hope for better service and give the staff another chance, and we are constantly let down. I have brought this treatment to the attention of the evening manager and ridicule is what I received in return. The brand seems decent but our local staff makes this spot an avoid avoid avoid!

At times they are some really happy people serving. I love going there because I have severe allergies(gluten, egg, dairy) , so most of the time they have something really good tasting that I can eat and it is easy on the stomach.

Can't say enough great things about this place! Selection is always awesome, my Wife puts the Lobster Bisque over everyone's. I love the chili, all of them, and try something different periodically. Then to top off all of this awesomeness they're Veteran-friendly and proud of it. GREAT PLACE!!

I'm in Allentown for business and sometimes I'm so tired I just want that delicious comfort food like soup, especially on a rainy day. It certainly has been cold and rainy the past couple days in Allentown. My friend brought me to this place and I absolutely love it and can't wait to come back to Allentown on my next business trip because I will certainly be back to get more soup. PS they will also let you have samples of all the soups they have!

I'm not a big soup person, but whenever I'm in the area I always try to stop by and get a bowl of their Chicken Pot Pie soup. It is SO delicious!! And with the side order of bread that comes with it, it turns into a very satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it!!!
Food was good. The people who made my sandwich didn't listen to my request of cheddar cheese instead of Swiss.. but they were happy to give me the cheddar cheese that I had requested. I was ok with that, but some might not be. Soup was ultra chunky and the sandwich was FULL of fillings. Definitely will be back but will ask for something a little more simple.

Near my place of work in the last six years, I just visited for the second time and I really liked it, the soups are definitely better than those of the two popular convenience stores that operate in the area, I hope to continue visiting. Restaurant itself is clean and their staff did a good job.
